On time as scheduled and installers did a very good job.

Lisa in the store was outstanding. Time was spent explaining all stages of delivery and install. Unfortunately, that quality of service did not extend further. I was charged for new parts and an install fee which should have included new gas flex line, cold water connection for steam settings and flexible vent pipe. None were connected. Installer was in a hurry and had an excuse for everything. I did not argue, because I did not trust them to do something he clearly did not want to do. I will install the new parts myself when I get some time. I will be looking for a refund

New house, new dryer. Paid for install but he couldn’t hook up the dryer because my gas valve was old and stuck. So I paid for nothing and had to pay a plumber to fix valve and do the install.

They were in and out in about 15 min or less, very fast

The installers could not install the dryer due to gas line cable length being too short, so they just tilted the dryer forward so it would reach and left. I called the installer/delivery driver and asked where my vent was and if I was going to be charged for these parts and install and they said no. I check my credit card for a refund, but no such luck. I then call customer service, just to be transferred in circles over and over. I tried this about 4 times with the same results. I ended up having to dispute the charges in the hopes that the credit card company fixes this mess.

Driver/technician said it wouldn’t fit through my door and left the dryer outside my house . This got me mad because I’ve previously moved the old dryer out of my house with ease . The installer didn’t want to hear my reasoning and left without installing it . I had to do everything myself .

Great guys, Friendly and polite. But...had a gas leak after the install and had to have the gas company come out to fix it. Not faulty equipment, gas line not attached to new dryer properly.

First attempt of delivery and install not done. Installer told me he couldn’t do it had to reschedule when I talked to manager when installer still there I was told redelivery/ install would be completed within 2 days. When I called to reschedule it took a full week to reschedule. When 2nd installer came he informed me that that first installer has a lot of issues with customers. I’m completely unsatisfied with whole procesd
