    No show on first day. No phone call. Nothing. Just unprofessional. This is the SECOND time we have had this SAME issue with Best Buy Appliance delivery. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION and they seem to not care. Second install attempt was done, but not correctly. The guy was obviously more interested in getting it done and didn't care if it was done right. Unprofessional all around! I spent HOURS on hold with Best Buy too. Not good!!!

    Installation never happened, they dropped off the dryer in the middle of living room and left. When I asked them why they won’t install, they said installation was not part of their job though I had the appointment for installlation as well in the email. They were very rude and unprofessional, I had to pay someone to get it installed, nobody can expect a worst service than this,

    Installation took more than a month and four deliveries & installations to complete. They dropped our washer during transit for the first delivery and had to postpone everything. Then one other time they claimed no one was home but no one rang our doorbell and we were home. No one followed through until you call customer support, even then, they kept redirecting. Installers' attitudes were bad too. Overall a terrible delivery & installation experience

    Fake service reps they could not do anything right. They broke my gas line while unhooking my previous dryer, had to get a real service rep to come inn and fix their mess up. Oh and it cost me an additional $400.00 to fix the gas line and install the dryer so.........I would say overall your service reps are useless, and your service is just south of worthless.

    Make sure you watch installation on your dryer

    Purchased a new LG washer and Dryer. The washer was hooked up fine but the dryer was not. They simply placed the dryer vent hose on the back of the dryer with out using the screw that came with it or a wire tie. I used the dryer once and of course the vent tube came out of the back. Rigged it myself but now have to wait for another Best Buy person to come out and hook it up correctly.

    Basically I was mis informed on what was suppose to be done, The installation people refused to install my washer and dryer because they said I did not have the proper parts Poor representation on Best Buy! OH and did I mention, they even refused to bring it into the house My older husband had to do it all by himself

    I purchased this installation and was not able to schedule a date for it. There are no available times to schedule a time so I reached out to an associate on three separate occasions and got nowhere.

    The installers didn't connect the vent and didn't test the dryer before leaving. The dryer makes an awful noise and I don't know if it's defect or improper installation. I've been trying to get someone to get back over here and it's been near impossible.

    The gas pipe fell short and we had to wait for the installation to happen and reschedule it for a couple of days. Not the most friendly people

    The install of my dryer was questionable. The install crew came in with a rush to get the work done. My dryer vent was not properly installed. I called them back to come and fix the issue and they then told me that they don’t deal with the dryer vent install, I quote “that’s a handyman’s job”. The vent was not even checked, the end result was the the vent was not opened so the dryer was running with a shut vent. Horrible experience!

    Delivery crew was horrible. They damaged the unit and folded my vent into a 90 degree angle. Ended up having to get a replacement unit and luckily a 3rd party company did the swap out

    The dryer was delivered with a hose missing for so it could not be installed upon delivery. Three (3) appointments were made and cancelled by who ever does the instillation. I went back to the store to complain 2 times. When the guy came the last time to install the dryer he was very nice and very quick. However, the exhaust hose came back off of the dryer the next day . The band thing that holds it on was broken. The dryer it self is fine.

    Unbelievable lack of communication from Best Buy to there Service Installation Techs during COVID-19, UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND SUPPORT FROM BEST BUY! AFTER NUMEROUS CALLS THEY HAD 3 TIMES MEETINGS WITH ME WITH 3 DIFFERENT SETS OF PEOPLE COMING TO INSTALL MY SIDE VENT KIT ON MY NEW DRYER. THERE SERVICE INSTALLATION 3RD PARTY IS NOT PREPARED AND A WASTE OF EVERYONE'S TIME.

    Terrible install, they used an outside service, thought they checked everything so I even tipped them but they screwed up the venting hose and the water hoses to the washer too. Do NOT let Best Buy farm out the installation. took forever to get reimbursed and they all point fingers oat each other leaving you ion the lurch

    The install crew was competent but non communicative. They set the machines up and I wanted to talk to them and tip them out, 20 bucks, this was on New Years Eve. I turned my back and they jumped in the truck and left. The dryer is not exactly balanced and I guess I will have to to call Best Buy to fix it....
