I purchase this to get it delivered and to have it installed. It showed up severely damaged and they ripped up my floor when installing. On top of that, they missed the steam connection. I Will not be purchasing this again.

They didn’t install it the item. I was told I would receive a call back and a refund neither has happened.

They called me with a time frame and moved the washer and dryer upstairs. Completed the installation on the dryer only and minor issues with the washer. I tried to reschedule, but was a month out AND they did not leave the hose line for the washer. It went on for 3 months before they did a refund.

Since I got the dyer until now they refused to install it. I had to hire someone else to come out because they didn't want to do any services in our home.

There was no installation. They claimed the truck held no additional pieces and I would need to pay for a licensed plumber to do the install. All I needed was an adapter.

First crew refused to connect existing gas line. Had to call store and speak to Manager even though it was paid earlier. In other words brought new dryer and could not use. Second crew came and connected to gas line. Now dryer is working.

As I said in my washing machine review, the installers arrived without adequate equipment to do the job. I had to go to Best Buy to purchase a "periscope" dryer vent and then complete the installation myself. Best Buy, send your folks with ALL of the equipment required to do an install in any situation.

If I could give zero stars I would! The installers were super nice however did not turn the gas back on and when I turned it on there was a leak I had to pay someone else $116 to do it correctly

had the worst installation team to arrive my house. best buy should never use that third party installer! good thing best buy gave me back credit when i have to spend for it to be properly installed

They did not install it because they said I did not buy the parts, there should be a warning if I pay for installation without the parts. But I read other reviews where they included the parts

Installer was unqualified to install a gas dryer. Used incorrect gas coupling leading to dangerous situation and crushed the dryer vent tube without telling me. Had to get professional plumber to reinstall. Best Buy needs to have more qualified professional installers!!!!

The installer team did not appear professional. Rushed through the job.

Don't show up in the 4 hour window. They show up in an unmarked truck. The contractor they use are useless.

Delivery team was rude and dropped my items and the boxes were opened and missing parts.

Came to my home only to tell me they could not install my dryer due to having copper wire. I purchased the 4 foot stainless steel gas line but apparently that wasn’t long enough. Very dissatisfied

DO NOT USE BEST BUY TO INSTALL GAS APPLIANCES!! Best Buy installer used the wrong gas line connection, I had to have The Gas Company come out and correct.

I was billed and paid for installation of my dryer but the delivery men could not hook it up because of the newer code. I had to hire a plumber to run a new gas line and it cost me an additional $450.00

worst service. Tech did not know what he was doing. He could not even attach new gas line. Finally, I had to hire private independent technician to attach new dryer. worst installation service ever.

APPOINTMENT DID NOT SEND OUT A GAS INSTALLER THUS I WASTED A DAY OF APPOINTMENT. TECHS SHOULD BE SURE TO ASK IF ITS A GAS OR ELECTRIC DRYER.
