Nothing got delivered yesterday so nothing so review! Been waiting a whole month already & they say i have to wait another month for a washer & dryer this is not right!

I had to receive a refund due to the technician not installing the dryer correctly.

the installation/delivery folks were not able to install my appliances. they were in a hurry and just left everything outside the garage.

Gas lines were improperly installed. Heavy smell of gas, had the gas company come out to inspect. Gas lines were completely loose. Lucky I caught it in time…

While I love the dryer I bought, I was disappointed by the delivery/install service. They changed my delivery date. They showed up 1 hour after the 4-hour time slot finished. They left sticky residue from packing material in the dryer.

installers not happy that the washer and dryer was to be set up in the basement… They clearly were not happy about this although I don't understand why. don't lots of people put their W/D in the basement?!? are common location? never again.

The dryer came as an open box item. Scuffs on the side. Indents on the front bottom from concrete.

Geek Squad is not Geek but Dumb. They tried to install 3 times and I got fed up and asked them not to come anymore. I think they employ uninterested, lazy slackers.

Poor installation with poor service after. could not get someone on the phone who was competent except at local best buy store after it opened up. chat and online help is relatively incompetent

I am not sure if it is the dryer I bought or the installation. If I start washing early in the morning I can usually get two loads done by the time I go to bed, if I go to bed late.

Gas adapter was good, not new but good, they didn’t touched cause policy said can’t do corrosion stuff but was good. I did it by myself, working perfectly.

Install crew did not follow COVID guidelines summarized in email. Also refused to wear shoe covers or remove shoes. Left dirt/grease handprints on walls. Dryer not installed correctly.

They put the dryer in place and plugged it in but they brought the wrong item and could not install it. I would like a refund for this service

Refused to install at first and told me I would have to hire a plumber to check my new gas line. Rescheduled my install a week later and installed item

An absolute nightmare. I will never purchase from Best Buy Again

Horrible service, I basically payed for someone to deliver and install my dryer plus to scratch the side of it!

Installation was not done right way. Even I can not use it after the installation. And they let the old appliance in my garage even I paid the hauling fee.

The team that installed my gas dryer broke multiple items and took several accessories away with the trash, I’ve had to undo a lot of what they did wrong and then do it again myself.

BB used a bunch of attachments to install the dryer to the gas line. Dryer was leaking gas. Had to get someone else to properly hook up the dryer to the gas line.

Delivery guys didn't bother to install, found every excuse possible to not install, had to do it myself. Can't really complain since the "installation service" is free, but someone is paying for it, maybe Best Buy? I don't know.
