Installation service tries to be a delivery service. They came up with fake excuses to not install the appliances and try to leave them for us to install.

Inexperienced installer did not install a gas adaptor. He tried to connect the gas input hose without adapter and stripped the threads. Thankful my san smelled gas and called the gas company. They verified improper installation.

The install was scheduled for 7-10.30 and at 1 PM there is no one here. I called the customer service ph and the manager there Scott A. couldn't help and then put me on hold for about 5 mins and hung up on me.

Technician didn't have all equipment and suggested I go to store to buy what was needed. Once I bought it, I just had someone else install dryer.

Guys who installed our dryer were not the best. Had issues with the install, that they weren't going to say anything about if I didn't point it out. The worst!

When they arrived they refuse to install the gas dryer because the gas valve wasn’t new and needed to be replaced by a professional. Even though it worked fine.i find it to be a cop-out.

i paid for installation of my appliances and they dropped off the equipment and no installation. could not get anyone to come out and do the install till later that week. still have not received a call back to confirm the install.

They did ok removing the old dryer and moving the new one into the house. They did not connect the gas line well as I found it was leaking when I got home that evening. Had to reconnect the gas line myself.

It Service is worst .. dryer installed but washer sitting in the Gaurauge .. waiting there for 20 days .. skipped appointment for 3 times after 20 calls also service is worst

Installers were unable to connect my dryer, had to hire a plumber who by the way had no issue at all.

The installers were rude and not helpful. My wife will never shop at Best Buy again because of this.

Never got my installation of my washer and dryer. I have to pay to a handyman. They broke my wall trying to bringing the appliances inside the house

After bringing in the dryer, the installer said the fitting would not work with the current gas line. Therefore I was left purchasing the correct line at Lowe’s and connecting the dryer myelf.

Hooked up the new gas valve to the old cleanout and moved the old cleanout to the old valve location. It works but not up to code. NOT HAPPY that I have to call for repairs on the installation.

You didn’t deliver this item. Along with all my other products I bought.

Crew was unable to install dryer and we ended up having the Gas company come out to complete installation. Didn't have a great experience speaking with customer service either, thank goodness for the gas company!

they forgot to hookup steam an took the kit with them , if i had the kit i can do it myself , called them 3 times to come back an hook it up , but nobody brings the kit, might have to order from home depot or lowes

1st time delivered there was noise coming from the dryer when in use. 2nd time delivered same problem. 3rd time exact same problem.

Item was never delivered to my home due to their agreements and poor scheduling I installed my washer and dryer myself after picking them up myself.
