Both sets of installers were terrible. The first one broke the dryer door when reversing the door pull and the second chipped the paint also while changing the door pull direction.

He walked into my house and immediately said I can't connect your dryer, you need someone to change your gas pipe from 3/4 to 1/2 inch, his attitude was very unprofessional.

Same as my fridge installation, they did a horrible job. Tried to cram in the gas pipe because it was too long. Didn't bother to recommend or cut it. Don't recommend it at all.

Installers left without connecting machine and didn't tell me why they couldn't do install. Very terrible service and experience.

Did not have correct fitting. I went to Home Depot got the fitting and installed the dryer myself. I was promised a $100 gift card because of the problem, but the gift card never arrived.

Didn't know what he was doing!!! Had to get my plumber to complete the job which cost $170.00!!! Went to management, put in a complaint and was reimbursed with a $170 gift card....

I would never have them do an install. The company that they have do them are the worst ever. If the had zero stars thats what I would have given them.

The service was performed lazily and the man was not friendly. Didn't like his job and even hit the walls when bringing it inside.

Delivery was as promised but installation of pedestal was a disaster. Ended up having another company do the job.

My gas dryer is STILL not installed even after making another appt for tomorrow. All of a sudden my appt disappeared! Very unhappy

The technicians did not have the right tools to complete the work so I had to get someone else to finish the job.

Unqualified installer. Try to use incorrect coupling for gas line. Had to get professional plumber to fix. Best Buy needs to get better qualified installers.

3 weeks of miscommunication and lies. 3 different visits and never even hooked up my dryer. No refund and horrible customer service. I will never go back to Best Buy ever.

It is easy to install a gas dryer, an electric plug in and the gas pipe, but when he seen the dryer door opening was on the wrong side he wouldn't correct it.

They did not use the new dryer gas line in the installation - just used the old one despite me paying for a new line.

the installers didn't even turn the gas on, make sure to pay attention to what they are doing and to check to see if the product works before they leave!

Refused to install venting to existing ductwork, I had to finish the job myself. Also scratched the dryer when they moved it.

I tried to schedule installation of my order 6 times. After the last time, I cancelled the installation and asked a family member to do it.
