Gas dryer was installed and is now working well...

the install was done quickly, with explanation of how to work the machine.

The installers came early and installed the dryer very quickly. Only issue is the dryer is missing a foot, so the installers removed the foot on the other side so the dryer would stay level.

Installation was a breeze! Guys came, removed old dryer, installed and tested new gas dryer and were on their way! No problems nor issues. Have used dryer since a few times and it works great!

The guys were on time, professional and FAST!! I was amazed at how quickly they were done. They cleaned up and were very informative. I have had recent major appliance purchases from Lowes prior to this and it was HORRIBLE....late, delays install was awful All around a bad experience. I will get all my appliances from Best Buy

The washer and dryer are now working, but we had problems with the third party installers. The first one that came said the gas hose I bought wasn't the right hose and if he installed it, that would void the warranty/five year protection plan I bought. Best Buy doesn't sell a 6' gas hose in the size I needed, and I confirmed with the store that I had the right hose and there would be no issues. When I rescheduled the appointment at the store, I told them the dryer had to be carried up two flights. They sent another 3rd party installer, who said they just install the machines and don't carry them up stairs. We had to offer to give him a nice tip to bring the dryer up the two flights.

The two teams that installed my unit were five stars. The dryer that I have now is working well.

Gas Dryer Installation by the Best Buy Delivery team was perfect! 10 years since last dryer. Previous installation I did myself, nowhere near as effective as the installation done by Best Buy's installation team. Will use again!

The install was great. Wasnt able to have them do it the first time because the guy said the gas pipe shutoff valve was not working. Had to get that fixed then schedule them to come back out. Best Buy was helpful and flexible with this change.

The delivery crew from Best Buy made the installation of the dryer easy and professional.
