    They did not install our dryers

    If i could give this a Zero, I would. We bought the vent and the new gas line to install our new dryers. The guys who were supposed to install our dryers didnt care to check to see if we had them and told us they’ll install it on a later date. They didnt even bother checking the inside of our dryer, as the parts were inside and told us we didn’t order them. We complained and called corporate. They apologized and told us they’ll reschedule when they can come back and install it for us. They never showed up. Worst experience ever.

    Bad Dryer- no heat in any cycle

    The LG dryer does not heat up. The clothes are damp and cold after 2 or even 3 cycles. This is unacceptable!

    Gas install of dryer

    Best Buy's service dept. never did the install and I was told they don't when it's a gas dryer; yet I pre-aid for the intall. So I had to pay an additional fee for a plumber to come out and haven't received the credit from Best Buy yet.

    I purchased the gas dryer installation kit AFTER being on chat with Best Buy for approximately 30 minutes to see what was needed to convert gas to propane. The delivery person removed the old dryer and put the new dryer in its place, then refused to do anything, as it was something "they did not do". Why charge $20.00 to do NOTHING! Now, we need to pay $260.00 out of pocket to get the conversion done by a different company. Will never purchase from Best Buy again.

    I wish i could give zero stars. This was the single worst customer service experience of my life. I think you have a completely failed outsourcing on your hands. I think i had to do 5+ hours of calls to finally get this installed and when completed it was incorrect and I ended up having my contractor redo it. Just so, so upsetting. I'm going to stop writing or it's going to ruin my day again. Awful

    They brought the new LG dryer and hooked up gas and exhaust but did not hookup the water for steam portion. I asked them if they did and they said yes but when I tried it, it did not work. I pulled it out and there was no water running to the water inlet.

    The delivery men told me that the installation kit did not fit my condo's gas line fitting. They left WITHOUT installing my dryer. NEVER AGAIN, Best Buy!

    Bought a dryer with the kits and installation service, but was told they bought the wrong size for the kit, therefore unable to install it for us. It is expected if the order come in with installation service and installation kit bought, they should have known to brought the correct item. Now we are left the service fee & installation kit extra fees.

    From the start, the installer seemed like he didn’t want to do his job as far as the installation process went and it made me feel uncomfortable. He was trying to find any excuse not to do it or haul away my old machine.

    We had a sewage backup and really needed delivery within the promised two days - came four days later. I was told I’d get at least a hundred dollar price reduction, but haven’t received anything…

    I got it but I needed the gas ball valve. After I bought it, I made an appointment..But they didn't come..There was no appointment.I talked to the Ghost and the Ghost made an fake appointment..I remade an appointment and have to wait for 7 days..Also on the webste, my item was installed!! Ghost company Geek!
