Installers were on time and quick. Gave me an explanation of how the new dryer works, features, etc. Friendly and helpful.

Rafael and Carlos did a first rate job of installing our new MAYTAG gas dryer. Rafael made sure that a proper new gas connection was made from the gas line to the new MAYTAG gas dryer. Carlos made sure that the new gas dryer was installed level, to prevent the machine from vibrating excessively during operation. They both removed the old dryer, the old gas line connector and all the packaging before they left. Ask for Rafael and Carlos when you want to have a new gas dryer installed.

again, I trust Best Buy & the young salesman, Ricardo. everything works fine. I really don’t know much about mechanical things. No problems with the new dryer, so I am content.

The delivery and installation was great. The installer knew what he was doing and performed his job quickly and efficiently.

They installed the gas line and the vent line. My only complaint was the vent line does not have a way to secure the vent to the dryer. It just slides on, so if you move out the dryer, it falls off.

One are of improvement is to move the door of the washer or dryer so that they open in the same in the stacked installation. This was not noticed during the install but found later when using. Otherwise the technicians were professional and balanced the washer-dryer well when done.

If I could give a zero star, I would the delivery team stated the dryer vent was broken, which it was not so they could not install a new dryer so they uninstalled old dryer and left the gas line not capped off which was leaking gas. Luckily, my family went to go visit her parents and when I got home from work, I could smell the distinct smell of gas in the house.

Everything I could have wanted in an appliance install. They were on time and professional. They did a great job.

Th Egypt’s who came to install my dryer were nice , but they did a quick install and didn’t double check their work. I left my dryer on as I went for an errand and the house came off leaking all the hot air into the basement.

Best fit installation and durable support for dryer

The installers were very professional and kind. They worked quickly and made sure the machines worked well, explained how to use certain features. And they cleaned up after themselves. You would have know they were there if it weren’t for the awesome machines they installed.
