Delivered on time Changing the orifice from natural gas to propane was not to difficult

I really like Best Buy but the customer service must vary by day or something because it took us 3 times for the dryer to finally get installed. The first 2 times we got wrong information so our dryer couldn't get installed. The 3rd time it was finally installed although the installer wasn't the friendliest. But what mattered at that point was to just get our dryer up and running. We were desperate to have dry clothes!

It took a little extra time to received but both Washer and Dryer are working perfectly and great.

They did a good job on the install, but my house didn't have a gas shut off valve. They aren't allowed to install the dryer without one. So I had to install that which took a few days.

Good crew members, helpful and understanding, on time arrived and did how i wanted to be done.

Not only did they have this installed in two shakes of a lambs tail, but Jermaine brought it to my attention that the dryer door opened the wrong way. I told him I had mentioned it would open the wrong way in the store, and he said, “no problem.” It was not written on the work order, but he switched it around with no complaints, and no whining. I was so glad he brought it up because I would not have noticed it until after they left. THANK YOU, JERMAINE!!! You’re a man who should teach great customer service classes!!!

Installation was excellent! The servicemen were professional and left the laundry area neat and tidy.
