Actually it's the Samsung washer and I LOVE it. I do have to turn the drum around to get to the other side for socks since the machine is enormous.

It took a little extra time to received but both Washer and Dryer are working perfectly and great.

I bought an LG gas dryer and washing machine set from Best Buy. Normally delivery and installation are free with a high-dollar purchase, but they charge a little extra to install a gas dryer because of the technical know-how required. It's definitely worth it. The last time I had a gas dryer installed, I had my family plumber do the installation, but Best Buy's fee is way less than paying a plumber. The delivery guys showed up on time, installed both machines competently, and left no mess behind. The dryer has been working well in the month since they installed it.

Fast and Easy, crew was on time. Removed old Dryer and helped to install new Dryer.

I really like Best Buy but the customer service must vary by day or something because it took us 3 times for the dryer to finally get installed. The first 2 times we got wrong information so our dryer couldn't get installed. The 3rd time it was finally installed although the installer wasn't the friendliest. But what mattered at that point was to just get our dryer up and running. We were desperate to have dry clothes!

They went out of their way to make sure everything was solidly installed and made sure it was running fine.

My technician arrived on time and was very professional. He was in and out in 30 minutes. I am very satisfied.

This could not be installed by BestBuy because the attachment from the wall needed to be upgraded.

When installers removed old dryer the vent duct fell apart so they could not install. Had to repair the duct and have them come back again.

They did a good job on the install, but my house didn't have a gas shut off valve. They aren't allowed to install the dryer without one. So I had to install that which took a few days.

Not only did they have this installed in two shakes of a lambs tail, but Jermaine brought it to my attention that the dryer door opened the wrong way. I told him I had mentioned it would open the wrong way in the store, and he said, “no problem.” It was not written on the work order, but he switched it around with no complaints, and no whining. I was so glad he brought it up because I would not have noticed it until after they left. THANK YOU, JERMAINE!!! You’re a man who should teach great customer service classes!!!

The guys were really quick to complete the installation. They were clean and neat as well.
