Bought the gas washer and dryer for our new home. I love the size and most importantly, the high tech functionality. I initially had a kenmore brand in my old home and boy did I hate using it. Had to change the vent so many times due to it melting. Don’t know how that’s possible. I love my new dryer and boy! The vent is nice and solid. I have used this dryer for a month and enjoy doing laundry much more than ever.

I had an exchange of a Dryer that had a terrible knocking noise. The Installers that came listened to my experience with the first installation where the aluminum dryer vent was crushed because of the positioning. This time they took the time to reroute the vent properly so that the exchange unit did not crush the vent. Very happy now with the way it is installed. My thanks to the installers for working with me to my satisfaction.

I had an issue with the scheduling, why i am giving it 4 stars. The people who came were very polite and professional.

I had my gas dryer installed but it wasn't finish because I was missing a part. So the technician wrote what I need to buy and to go to any hardware store and they would know what I needed. But unfortunately the store gave me something they though it was what I needed and when the technician came back again, he told me I bought the wrong part. So I had to go exchange the part and install it myself.

Install team was professional and courteous, but they missed the scheduled delivery window by 4 hours. This was a really bad experience since the delivery window was already 4 hours to begin with. I was basically waiting 8 hours for the delivery truck to arrive. The dispatcher told me on 2 separate calls that they were minutes away. Would have much preferred a more accurate/honest estimate of the arrival time.

It turned out I had an older gas fitting so had to call a plumber to install gas dryer. No fault of theirs.
