I'm glad I paid a little extra to have Best Buy squad install my washer and dryer! They did not only deliver the washer and dryer, but they also installed them. They were super fast, nice, friendly, and very clean. As soon as they finished they took the old dryer, and the trash as well. It would have taken me way longer to install the washer and dryer!

This was the third attempt of the dryer delivery and install the company GCS was the best out if all three delivery companies., the technicians Pete and Oneill were excellent they told me how to operate the dryer and what toexpect and they were very professional,pleasant and were tidy in their clean up. Thank goodness.

Installers showed up at scheduled time. They were prepared with all necessary equipment. Installed, tested, ran through a quick show and tell of how the appliances work, then cleaned up and they were on their way. Recommended for their professionalism. Would recommend.

Installation was on time and they were friendly. Everything was hooked up correctly and they cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately, I noticed a dent on the washer after they left which they tried to hide by pushing the units too far to the right created other issues. I just wish they had let me know.

Installers were polite but didn't properly tighten the gas connection to the gas dryer they installed which then caused a gas leak in my house. Called customer care and they weren't concerned that my house was filling up with gas and never called me back to get someone back out to my house to fix the issue. Ended up having to call the emergency gas leak hotline with my gas company to come after hours to fix the issue. Gas company said the connectors weren't tightened enough. Best Buy customer care never ended up calling me back and honestly the person on the phone didn't seem to understand the severity of the issue.

The venting on the back of the dryer was insufficiently connected. During the first load hot air, high humidity, with high CO2 was emitted into the air and was unusable. Needed another appointment. Second installation workers were efficient and professional. Problem resolved but inconvenient problem.

They not only hooked up and installed but showed us how to use our new appliance and made sure it worked before leaving.

Delivery and installation was good. Only issue is existing washer had to moved for dryer and is now off. They gave a 2 second demo of dryer once installed
