Definitely recommend this one! Works great and easy to use

Really nice and professional. Called and communicated several times about appt. Little worried that there were leftover screws but could also have been from the install kit.

Easy to use , has all the features we needed. Good unit.

The crew came and rushed the process.They were in and out in 30 or less minutes, saying the machine are on demo mode. Then left with packaging left blowing in the street and neighbors yards. I had to pick up their mess.

Installers were efficient and neat. In future installers should wear shoe covers

Best Buy’s 3rd party delivery partners were unprofessional. They charged me for a mistake they made, they were observing the inside of my house which was uncomfortable. Do not recommended using their installation service

Installation has been an unmitigated disaster. Four failed attempts of delivery (!), two of which were damaged out of the box (forklift damage? Do they not check these at the warehouse before they load the trucks?) and one which was dropped (!) on the street off the dolly and damaged. We are now waiting for the 5th delivery attempt, which so far is a no show. Delivery teams have been beyond unprofessional, which Best Buy appears to have zero control for as they are all a 3rd party and are impossible to contact or hold accountable (even the Best Buy reps admit this!). On mulitple occassions the drivers have not called in advance of delivery, have missed delivery windows with no notice, been rude upon arrival (incorrectly telling me we have the wrong stacking bracket with the "I've been doing this for 20 years speach", refusing to remove existing unit, etc). Fifth delivery attempt supposedly in progress but after calling 1 hour BEFORE the agreed upon start window to show up in 10 minutes (which I could not accomidate) they are now a complete no-show. Best Buy has done nothing to control the matter and every time I get a new person that apoligizes profusely and does nothing to solve the problem. Multiple Best Buy reps said they would monitor today's delivery and contact me to make sure it went to plan and I've received zero contact from them. They always ask for your phone number in case of a disconnection but NEVER call you back. I have spent hours on the phone getting the run-around from Best Buy customer service reps, none of which have solved our issues or met their promise. I purchased this washer / dryer on 4/13/22 and today is 5/13/22 and STILL DO NOT HAVE my washer / dryer. Best Buy's process to outsource these deliveries and installations is completely broken and at this point they should be paying me for this debacle. Disgraceful at every level. I highly recommend NOT using Best Buy for the purchase, delivery and installation of a washer / dryer. Use literally ANYONE else.

I hope best buy need to let customer know what they need to prepare first. water drain size, size of laundry room and so forth.

Make sure you understand what needs to be ready before you have them come set it up. We wanted to have them install it, but we were missing a valve on the end of the gas line, so they said we should hire a handy man to do that and then install it. Even though they didn't install ours, they were professional and it was just our bad...

Excellent service! Best I have ever had! Big kudos for both of these guys, they were quick and got the job done right! Explained everything to us and let us know that they are here fo us if we ever need anything. Give these guys a raise and lunch would be nice also!
