The dryer install was done perfectly. The team that arrived was courteous and very professional.

The entire process was easy and very professional. We ordered the dryer at Pacific Sales. We received a call the day before and 30 minutes prior to the delivery. Both delivery people were courteous and proficient. They recomended we vacumb the wall vent hole opening for safety. It was filled with lint. They then demonstrated the various cycles and steam feature.

The technician came and set up my gas dryer. I purchased a ventilation pipe and he installed the old one because he stated that Best Buy didn't carry a flexible ventilation pipe that my dryer needs because of where the vent was set up on my wall. That I should by another one from Loews. In addition to that my garage kept smelling like gas. Needless to say my husband had to reinstall my dryer correctly with the appropriate ventilation pipe and teflon tape on the gas connection to stop the gas smell/leak. I did return the original ventilation pipe that I purchased from Best Buy. I did tell Best Buy about my experience with the installation and they did reimburse me the installation cost.

The installer came within the delivery window; however, he only installed my fridge, and said my washer and dryer cannot be installed given my drip pan is not large enough. After i measure, it was big enough. Need to call Best Buy to reschedule another appointment and waste another 4 hours of my time.

the techs that came to my home for set up were great!! They were professional, nice and knowledgeable! They were in and out so fast, like a well oiled machine and even gave me a few minutes to sweep up in between taking the old and installing the new! I have my fingers crossed that should I ever need delivery again...they send the same two! One can wish and hope right?

Zero star , it was a bad experience, I bought a whirlpool dryer the guy comes in to install it after all the dryer have an electric problem it doesn’t work okay till now it’s fine , I go and buy another one a samsung one like I always do of course samsung is the best , and I waited almost 40 days to get a broke dryer next morning two guys come in with the new dryer they take it down after scratching my brand new walls , the guy tell me I can’t install the dryer you gas line is bigger you need an adapter to make it fit so they left , I call a third party company to send someone for installation and I paid $400 to get them fast in one hour I had someone coming in and install it right away he said most of the new dryers come with all the adapters he opens the boxes and we found the adapter and everything was easy and simple oh one more thing I forgot to mention when the guy came we find out that they left half of he gas thing open so smell of gas was all over the house without me feeling it I had a little baby we were scared of her chocking that all what happens when you get bestbuy installation people not professional at all the first guy was guy he did his job but the dryer didn’t work but the second guy was so bad leaving gas open and didn’t install the dryer.

I would highly recommend having Best Buy install this type of appliance, especially since it requires a gas line hookup. They were very professional and courteous, and both washer and dryer were installed in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend using their installation services for this type of appliance.

Install guys were great. Wish we got our washer not damaged the fjrst time but besides that everything was great. Seems like all the installation guys are great, but product comes damaged alot

Best Buy installed my washer and dryer did an excellent job. They were very professional and were very careful not to bump the walls when they brought it in and took to the basement. They were very friendly and showed me a few things about the washer and dryer. A big thanks to the gentlemen who performed the installed for Best Buy, they did a Great Job!

The crew was effecient , knowlegable, and friendly. They installed both washer and dryer in half an hour. The called ahead and arrived on time. Install was painless.

Beware of Best Buy employees installing a gas dryer. My line didn't match their fitting so they stacked adapters in order to try to make it fit. He started up the dryer, it got warm so he said "You're good to go. You'll smell gas for 20 minutes or so but then everything will be fine." My laundry is in my garage and hours later there was still a strong gas smell. Had PG&E come out and the technician said the adapters Best Buy used were totally incorrect and it was leaking like a sieve. He said he sees this all the time with Best Buy installations.

Very satisfied with my install. It was quick and easy and pain free.
