Guys brought the dryer into the house

Best Buy couldn’t get anyone out for a week. We called the Gas Co. they came out ASAP and identified a loose fitting. Appreciate someone providing exceptional service ( not Best Buy).

Best Buy installers were awesome

They came in to deliver the washer and dryer while we were still moving into our new home and worked seamlessly among myself and others moving in furniture - it was like they were part of the family, deftly moving in and around all of the boxes and furniture to install this upstairs in the washroom. Great job guys!!

It was a nightmare and a shame because I typically buy all my appliances from Best Buy. This will be the last time. 1st install the guys didn't have a part on the truck so I had to reschedule; 2nd time the guys said he was right down the street then never showed or called to say he was now not coming; tried a 3rd time; finally on the 4th (and a week and half later) a guy with a really bad attitude showed up. Dryer itself is great!

Quick, Not Elegant

They did not put effort into tidying up the connections or seeing that the space was used efficiently, so that the washer and dryer could sit back as far as possible. That's especially important when appliances are deeper than usual.

EVEN REVERSED THE DOOR FOR MY WIFES CONVENEANCE! HAD A LITTLE PROBLEM WITH THE FIRST INSTALL AS THE GAS SHUT OFF WAS TO FAR FROM THE DRYER.

Leaky Gas connection...

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was impressed with the way the guys moved the dryer up the stairs and into place. My only problem, which is a Very Important step, is that they didn't check their gas hookup connections. A couple days after they left I started smelling gas in the laundry room. I pulled out the dryer and sprayed soapy water on the connections, to find bubbles where the gas adapter connects to the dryer gas pipe threads. I removed the adapter and applied Teflon tape around the threads which solved the problem. I think they should be required to check their connections with spray before leaving. A definite Safety Issue!
