Excellent service the installers went above and beyond withouth being told to do so. Very professional!!

The team did not know how to shut off the gas valve after I told them and showed them wheee the valve is. Never let a rigging team play with gas. This guys are definitely not certified on gas installation.

These guys were GREAT, professional, courteous and even FUNNY!!! Definitely recommend. They were in and out in no time, both washer and dryer installed and cleaned up all the leftover packaging. PERFECT!

The washer and dryer are stackable. 1st attempt was not pleasant. When the delivery guys saw that it was on the 3rd floor; they claimed the washing machine was damaged, but clearly they kicked the hose which caused it to be dented. Now they said that they could not install either item. The Best Buy agent called me and was pleasant and understanding. He reissued the items. On the 2nd attempt, my husband watched them unpack the items, but one of the guys opened the staking kit package inside the truck and claimed a piece was missing. They told us to reject the delivery, but I made them call Best Buy and tell them what happened. The Best Buy rep was shocked that a part of missing because the package is sealed. Best Buy told them to deliver the washing machine and leave the dryer in our garage. She ordered a new staking kit and scheduled another installation for the dryer. Then I asked the delivery guys to leave all the items that I ordered because I had ordered some extra items. If I did not ask, they were not going to leave all the items. Then some of the items did not have my name on them. Both the 1st and 2nd deliveries were a disgrace. The 3rd attempt was better. The delivers were mature and experienced. They were pleasant and quickly installed the machine and showed us how to operate the machine which the 2nd drivers did not do. Because of the two attempts with this third-party installation service, I am rating them POOR. However, Best Buy was accommodating and pleasant.
