The Best Buy Gas Dryer Installation is done quickly.

I like the Samsung dryer. The size is the exact size I wanted and the lint trap is effective.

Arrived on time. Were able swap the position of the side loading washer and dryer so their two doors open outward without a longer gas hose which the first crew failed at. Also installed the gas dryer steam kit which Best Buy forgot about on the initial order but at least I was not charged for the kit!

The team that came by were friendly and on time. I recommend bundling the service with any appliance purchase. Make sure to check the product for defects prior to bringing into the house, as the team will likely be moving quickly.

After the gas dryer installation, gas smell started to spread in my house. Of course, we didn’t realize this problem in the first minutes, but following hours and a few days, this terrible gas smell continued. My husband called the plumber, and he fixed gas leak. I think, while installation stuffs were installing it, they didn’t check whether gas was leaking or not. So, we had to call the plumber and paid extra money due to their neglect.

Thank u to the Best Buy team ! The first washer and dryer we got didn’t work out but the installers had our back when being honest with what to do .

The men that install my washer and dryer were very knowledgable and professional. They were kind, fast and efficient.

Very disappointed, removed all my old appliances before noticing that the new unit had a huge dent in it. Not to mention the installer noticed a smell of gas and just left it…..my son woke up this morning with a horrible headache and upset stomach from the gas leaking into his room……I would not recommend these people installing anything, even if it’s an easy job they will complain all day.

I new I was in good hands the moment I received the call from the men delivering my item. When I scheduled my delivery I was told I'd get a call and I did. These two men took care of everything. From removing my old unit to installing my new one. In and out in no time at all. Outstanding service.

Best buy has best installation programs and they do install the date we want.

Dryer installation was okay would have been better if dryer vent not buzzing

On time, job done to my satisfaction, removed old appliances.

After waiting weeks for the installation, the installer told us that the gas valve needed to be replaced and Best Buy doesn't allow the service to replace. No advance notice. I ended up paying an independent plumber who easily replaced the valve and also indicated that the gas line kit purchased was the wrong size for the dryer model.
