Great team was very professional and checked every connection and identified there was a hole in a pipe and replaced it with no additional charge - overall a great attitude and quick at their work - thank you.

We had a terrible time with The seceding for institution! Would not recommend then at all. It took over 3 weeks to get it done! Was told they would make it right for us , still haven't herd a thing yet! Get someone else to do it for you!

My rating for the service is zero stars. The "installers" who also happen to be the delivery guys. Had no clue or the tools required to do the job. The installer, using one set of channel locks (not two) broke my gas line because he couldn't hold the line steady while removing the gas line cap. He immediately stopped working. He was afraid of the gas. And that was it. It became my problem. Best Buy didn't even refund me the money for the install. And the kicker is they removed my door from the garage and never put it back. They just left.

The installers were polite. They wore masks. They made sure I knew how to work range before they left. They instructed me well on use of range. They made sure it was working before they left. They spent time answering all my questions.

The guys came and installed the dryer along with the washer. Everything is working. Inspection from City inspector is coming up next week, so as long as everything checks out, I'm happy. BTW, the guys also took away the old washer and dryer - which is a great service, as well.

When installed drier door did not open in the same direction of the washer we had to swap the door other then that great

Not only did the installers get to my house in a timely fashion, they install the dryer lickety-split! They hooked it up to the Best Buy gas vent that I purchased separately and the Best Buy gas line that I purchased separately and surprisingly did not get ripped off for either!

I do not not even know where to begin with this review. The installers showed up 3 hours after the installation window we were given. 2 hours after I spoke to a customer service rep who gave me a 20-30 minute window of when they would be there. Once they showed up, they did not have the part they needed to properly install our dryer. I was never asked once when buying my dryer what size the hook up was and assumed they would have the part. Well, after about 5 hours of customer service calls we were told they could not install the dryer because Best Buy does not carry the part they need. After all this trouble, we were not even offered anything but a measly $25 gift card (of which we have never received nor been confirmed we would receive). We went to the store, where the local manager handled the situation and refunded the installation and kit to us. We had to go to Lowe's to buy the correct part. The local store rescheduled the appointment, when the company would not, and we were set up for a Saturday installation. Fast forward to 2 hours after we received a 20 min warning that the team was on its way to our house. I called customer service and was told that the teams were called back to the warehouse due to an emergency. No one contact me, I had to contact them to find this out. Then I spent another 30-45 mins to get it rescheduled for the next day. After about 8 hours on the phone, and 2 failed attempts at getting a completed appointment, the team finally showed up and installed the dryer properly. At this point, I would not buy any more appliances from Best Buy because the company did not seem to value my business. The local service team and manager did all they could to keep my business. Only because of them, would I ever consider it again.

Painless installation and might be good to have for the future

The techs were quick to realize I ordered the wrong dryer and made the process so easy! They never took the dryer off the truck and even called in to help me with the cancellation and formal return

Just delivered, not installed as agreed upon. Showed up on time and were polite and well mannered.
