Liked my old dryer better. Had more control in choosing my dryer options. Delivery people had no clue how to install this dryer. Never pay best buy to have them install. You will seriously regret it!

The installers did a good job delivering and installing my gas dryer. They assessed the area to ensure the dryer would fit and removed the old dryer. Great job

The installation guys were great! They called ahead, they were on time, they were careful, they were polite and courtesy, they didn't try to upsell anything, and they finished the job quickly. I was very happy with this service.

The installation was quick and easy! The technician removed all of the trash and asked for some windex so he could even clean the fingerprints off of it. Afterwards he showed me how to operate it and asked if I had any questions. I couldn't expect anything more.

I received regular updates as to the expected date & time of delivery, and the installers arrived on time. They moved quickly and efficiently, and were in and out within 30 minutes - including removal of the old dryer.

Installation took two visits to get it right. The gas hose was the wrong size and the dryer was not level. But in the end, it was completed satisfactorily.

This dryer works really well. I have been extremely happy with this dryer. The clothes dry in the right amount of time. So often with previous dryers I’ve had to run the cycle again for heavy loads. With this dryer they get totally dry on first cycle.

The techs that came out were helpful and expedient. They voluntarily gave me time to vacuum the space where the dryer was going. I thought that was thoughtful.

I've only used the appliance once since installation. I live alone and with self quarantine i haven't been wearing much other tan exercise shorts. It was quiet but i had to dry the single load twice which seemed excessive.

Quick replacement of existing gas dryer. Hauled away old dryer. Gas hook up was original to the house, so needed to be updated. They did all the upgrades as part of the install.

They arrived late but sent us notification in advance. Once things got started the service was excellent. We are in a new home and they were cautious about walls and wood floors. After installation they ran both the washer and dryer to check the systems.

They did a very good job installing everything, however there were white tape strips still no the dryer and I had to scrub a lot to get it off

Dryer was not hooked up correctly and I am unable to use the steam function because of this.
