Installer was very friendly. Was a gas dryer. Always very nervous regarding the hook up of gas line. Installer reassured me that he had extensive years of experience. Everything went very well.

The guys who installed our new units did it in quick fashion. I would have install done by best buy forever more if I needed to. My crippled butt cant hang anymore anyways!

Installers were ahead of schedule, nice, and efficient. Even when there was a possible sizing issue (I didn't realize that I needed an extra 5" of clearance for the dryer vent), the installers were pros and helped me figure out a solution.

Great service. Quick. On time. Communicative. Team called and was on time and professional.

They told me they would be here from 8 am - 2 pm. Unfortunately, they did not arrive until 4 pm. Got stuck at home all day waiting but otherwise, the install went smoothly.

The men were quick, very professional. It was raining on delivery day and they dryer both appliances off before installing.

This was the first time I purchased an appliance that required installation from Best Buy.... EXCELLENT! They were right on top of it, professional and didn't waste any time

The 1st two teams from BestBuy didn't have experience to install the gas dryer. The 3rd team was wonderful and installed the dryer very professionally. Highly recommend the 3rd team only.

The installers did a great job, the only problem was that I signed up for a time window to install and they showed up four hours too early. Fortunately, I was nearby and I could get home to let them in.

There was a hiccup with my installation. I needed to have a contractor come out to install a new piece on the valve for the dryer. I was told by BB installer that the end piece on my valve was too large. Wish I would’ve known before hand by sales person. That drove up the price of my dryer by $150, which delayed my installation by a week or so. Salespeople should be taught this information as part of the sales service to customers.

Having an older home, they were not able to really assist with completing the set-up. I believe you should ask more questions before taking money for this service.

The two guys that delivered and installed the dryer were wonderful. Very professional and knowledgeable. Moved old dryer, and installed the new at a timely rate. Cleaned everything up. Explained how to work it and made sure that it was running properly.

Delivery was on time they setup pretty fast and give a walk through of how to use the dryer. Unfortunately they couldn’t hookup my gas line due to the length of the shutoff valve.

They couldn't hook it up because something was wrong with the outlet and it needed a plumber to fix it

The crew that hooked up the dryer vent was very courteous and professional. Double checked everything and made sure it fit properly, and that the laundry room door could close.

I added on the dryer installation package. I am pleased with the installation. I was able to put clothes in the dryer and not have to worry about any of the connecting.
