If I could give a zero I would!!! We will never be using Best Buy for anything ever again!! They came to install a dryer on a Friday when they came to install they said they didn’t have the right parts and then proceeded to tell me it looks like your husband is handy so he can finish the installation. First of all that will not give us our warranty if we do it ourselves second of all my husband just had rotator cuff surgery and that is why we paid for the installation to begin with!!! The guys left I then called and complained and I was on the phone for over an hour!! I was told I would get a credit of gift card ( Which I still have not received) for all of the problems! So not only do I not have a dryer and it’s Friday I had to wait until Monday which was another missed day of work to get it installed!!!!! Once again didn’t have the correct parts so my husband had to go spend another $40 on parts so they could Install it!!!!!! Horrible horrible business!!!

The guys who came to install the dryer wanted me to pay another $100 to get the gas line connected. I aleady had the gas line connected and working. These guys were like you need valve near the dryer otherwise we dont hook it up. I am like how did this work for my old one? Had to pay and get it hooked. later found out there is valve to shutoff in the basement right under the unit. They will try to get as much money as possible out of you. Best Buy need to vet these folks who install the items.

Not installed properly. Sloppy, the dryer vent hose was sloppily left so that the dryer was way out from the wall. Had to have them back to fix it.

I haven’t always enjoyed Best Buy’s customer service on previous orders, but this washer and dryer set I got recently from Best Buy was a very pleasant experience.

installers were here four times; never with the right supplies -- we purchased needed valves and vent from home depot -- my wife showed installers how to hook things up

The dryer door opens to the wrong side. The tech said he could not change the direction as it was not listed on the work order. I scheduled a tech to come out and fix it. He arrived without the correct tools. I have no idea when this will be fixed as BB has not reached out to me. Very disappointing.

The gentlemen who delivered my dryer were efficient and helpful. They were able to show me some instruction on how to use the dryer with all its technical advance.

I had my new Samsung Gas Dryer installed by them. They came accurately in the time window they provided. The service men were very courteous to wear shoe covers to install the unit in my new home. Very good experience.

installers were here on time and surprised me by moving both washer and dryer out of the house as one unit. They didn't take long to remove the old units and bring in the new washer and dryer and hook them up.

Came with the installation service, technicians/installer are knowledgeable very professional and courteous. Came on time on the time they said, would recommend.
