Wasted time and money

When they arrived they said they couldn't install it as a plumber was needed to add a shut off valve that was closer. Spent hundreds on a plumber to cone out only to be told that the shut off valve for the gas was in fact close enough. Waste of money... thanks BB guys. Subsequently delayed the install for a week while we had to then rebook delivery and install

They were done within 30 minutes. That included taking out the old one and unboxed the news one and installed all the hoses.

The only complaint is the left a slight mess outside my door. The problem is I live in a condo and the HOA didn’t like that. I cleaned the mess.
