Had a little problem when I first got my washer but they fix the problem and I’m very happy with it it works fine so far so I’m hoping at one it will last another 18 years

It was only $20 but pointless & terrible service. I would have been happy to pay more for decent service. I had to have multiple installers visit, they either created more problems or did nothing. First delivery/install, the gas line was installed improperly so gas was leaking. So I contact Best Buy and they send someone else. When the next installer came they did not have the correct parts. They told me I had to go to a Best buy store to get the correct parts and reschedule a new appointment. The next installer said one part was incorrect and didn’t have it in truck, so I had to reschedule again. Last installer, finally have all correct parts which I had to purchase from a different retailer. However the installer did the bare minimum slapping everything together turned it on and just left. Dryer stopped working soon after, so I contacted best buy who said I had to go to the manufacturer. The manufacturer got everything sorted out in one visit. So just pay someone else to install.

Excellent job. Efficient and careful installation. Very happy with the service.

Did not get it installed the first time. Washing machine hookup was messed up. Second time Installation was quick.

The guys were professional and went above and beyond helping me and answering questions.

Installers were quick, efficient, and communicated well. Only drawback was that the venting system was not long enough, so we had to do with our old equipment.

The service tech who delivered & installed my washer dryer set was helpful, he used a spare installation kit when we realized we hadn't ordered one. However, he failed to correctly install the gas line. The hose used wasn't sealed properly and the resulting leak could have potentially poisoned someone or caused an explosion. Thankfully we noticed, but a couple days went by before we did. Hopefully this was just a fluke and not the norm.

The installation crew was very polite and efficient. They called before arriving, we’re on time and overall a pleasure to work with.

It’s basic installation, but if you’re installer is lazy or behind schedule they may not tighten things all the way- just double check all work
