They showed up early, after our original delivery date was cancelled, installed the dryer in a flash and were out the door in ten minutes, BUT, the vent wasn't attached properly and they left a huge puddle of water under the dryer, without saying a word. Not a fan.

Installers arrived in time and were knowledgeable and efficient installing the gas dryer. They were friendly, helpful and did a great job!

The window of delivery was 1-5 , they came at 4:30 and there was no contact number with the delivery cruise. But only took them about 20 minutes to stall-way and install.

Workers were very professional and quick on the install. Could not have asked for better customer service.

Initial installer attempted to bring marijuana into federal property so they were escorted of the military base and I had to reschedule delivery an additional 2 weeks creating a major inconvenience. Second delivery driver was wonderful and completed the install in less that 30 minutes

My order & delivery is all messed up. I couldn't understand tge delivery people and on top of it all they were rude and my washing machine still isn't installed. Also, I was never told I need apparatus to connect the stwam to the dryer. AWFUL service.

The installer was courteous and prompt. He was fast and in and out in no time. I’m no way an inconvenience or a hassle.

The Best Buy installation team was very professional and knowledgeable. They carried my washer and dryer to the second floor and had everything setup in few minutes.

The dryer has been in less than a month and we are getting a GAS error on it. The manual says it likely has to do with how the gas was hooked up. We have a gas specialist coming today to try and get the dryer working again.

I have to say I was originally a little worried about BestBuy doing installation. I had no prior experience with purchasing an appliance from them. but i was thoroughly impressed. Guys were fast and professional.

The guys who came to install it were very nice and efficient. The location of the installation was somewhat of a tight squeeze, but they managed just fine.

Didn’t arrive with door facing to open correctly. Delivery persons not happy that we wanted it changed. We also asked for this before or on delivery

First the guys that did the install were great. But the issues surrounding the install were crazy. First the dryer I order was too big but the size on the website it should have fit. Reorder another dryer it fit but the kit I order would not reach the gas line and the exhaust would not fit the area of my window. So my choice return the dryer or install myself. I installed it myself. A couple trip to Home Depot and it was in. Returned the Kit and canceled the install. Not sure I would do it again.

The installation schedule was set, great tool online to schedule, reschedule. However, the arrival time service is a miss. This was for my business, I was given 6 hour window, then called support to get two hour window. The installer showed up before the allocated two hour window, called me, i told him that i will be there in 10 mins, i arrive and see that they left. Then need to reschedule, what a mess.

Great job. On time fast and efficient. Don’t understand why it HAS to be at least 50 characters though

My dryer was installed by the deliverymen. They were fast, polite and very knowledgeable,

always afraid of working with gas lines but the wise guys are real professionals and did a fine job and really cleaned up the entire area when finished

BestBuy's install techs were very professional and cleaned up after themselves when complete. We ran into a little problem during install but everything was figured out correctly in the end. Great job guys and thanks!
