Great communication with installer, knew exactly when to expect them. They were quick but thorough. Removed my old range and calibrated the burners, checked everything out before leaving.

The contractor delivered, installed and hauled away smoothly without any complications and arrive plus completed the job efficiently.

A real professional. He called and set up the time and date. When he came, he did a first class job and took away the old stove. I would tell everyone that this is the correct way to go.

I was charged an extra $75 for the connector gauge that connects the gas line to the connector. Otherwise the installation was seamless.

Installers were very personable, professional, and quick. There was a problem with the location of the gas connection so they improvised and got it in as best they could. Great job by all.

The installation went amazingly! The two men had it off the truck, unpacked, installed & set up in a matter of minutes. They also gave me tips on preparing to use it for the first time & other helpful tips.

***This review was submitted for the two appliances we purchased. We purchased a dishwasher and a gas range. The appliances work fine so far. The issue is with delivery and installation! We were sold parts at Best Buy for the installation of our appliances and charged delivery fees as expected. We were told that The connections we bought were all we would need. The parts were recommended by the salesperson. The Gas Range appliance was replacing an existing Gas Range appliance and the dishwasher was replacing an existing dishwasher. Upon delivery we were charged an additional $370 By a company that is subcontracted by Best Buy. The company was supposed to deliver and install the appliances we purchased with the installation packages we purchased. We have made multiple attempts to find out what happened and why we were charged these additional charges. We have contacted the Geek Squad and all the proper departments (as instructed by BB agents). Each time we spoke to an agent we were told they would get back to us and that they would document the lengthy call. They never called back, I had to follow up each time. Only a couple of the representatives documented the calls. I spoke extensively with them and was on the phone for a minimum of an hour for each conversation. They even had me on a line contacting the 3rd party company and that company had no answer why we were charged. It has been over 6 weeks and still no resolution as promised. NO call backs as promised, no emails as promised, no refunds as promised, no Gift card for our inconvenience as promised. I invite you BEST BUY to review my phone conversations since they are supposed to be recorded so that you can see what your customer service reps have been telling me and my wife...and so that you can see nothing has been done! In addition we have the Geek Squad annual membership (which we will be canceling as well). As a result...after years of purchases at Best Buy we will no longer be using BB for appliance purchases/installation due to the fact that they have done nothing but give us the run around. Despite the fact that most of the agents clearly stated they had never heard of someone being charged the extra amount we were charged, stating that we will get compensated, that they were expediting it to the review department for the final decision on our refund. etc etc. As far as I’m concerned...the worst customer service—>Company I’ve ever dealt with in regards to an issue and getting answers/resolution. This is my first negative review ever and I’m 50 y.o. But hey Best Buy...you asked for my review and how was my experience. I hope this answers that ??? Maybe you’ll reply to me now!

The two gentlemen that installed our range were friendly, professional, and got the job done in very little time with no mess

He was great, communicated well to make sure we were ready. Best buy expects the install to haul in stoves by himself so he called to let us know he might be late since he needed to get someone to help. I was at work but my pregnant wife was the only one home so she wouldn't be able to help carry it up the stairs to get it in. After the install just forgot to turn the gas line on. took a few minutes to problem solve and opened the valve and it was fine. Communication was good, just left before it was actually working. since I didn't have to have someone come out again it wasn't that big of a deal.

Great looking . Easily messy top. Not as easy to clean as others. Wondering why i paid 66 dollars for inspection or whatever and has not gotten any one come to inspect.

Haven't used it much yet but it's working great so far. The installers were superb -very knowledgeable and thorough. Some of the best technicians I've seen.

they were on time and efficient. probably could have done the job myself but the got the old oven out and made sure that the new oven worked well and explained how to use it before leaving. the entire process took about half an hour.

Removal went well, no problem. Installing tip prevention device no problem; was anchored to bottom stud of wall. Stove was easy to level with leg height adjusters. Nice install - fit into space well. Stove dimensions were true.

Excellent job! well-done! efficient, professional and did not require a lot of time to get the job done. Very pleased with the work (as well as the product). Not much more to say about it.

The two delivery guys were great. They were friendly and very concerned about not damaging our kitchen during the delivery and installation. They were nice to have in our home. They worked very well together during the whole process and did an excellent job.

The installation crew arrived at the exact appointment time and worked quickly and efficiently. They were persoanble and professional in installing a new oven. They found the gas connection which we had been unable to find. The removed the old oven easily.
