I experience a little problem when stove was first delivered. I was told the installation would take more time due to the setup of last stove and valve had to be replaced. When men who installed stove came back they did a thorough job.

Our installers were very knowledgeable, friendly and wore their mask the entire time in our home. They made sure everything was safe and working perfectly before leaving.

The installers from Quality Kitchen notified me prior to arrival and Jonathan was very efficient in disconnecting and connecting the new gas range. Also, gave us some time in between to clean behind the stove.

Range looks nice in my kitchen. Stainless steel model, with back trim and black top looks good with my black dishwasher and black back splash.

Posted me well in advance on planned arrival time. Showed up on time, friendly and courteous. Did an excellent job. Very carefully during installation to not scratch my hardwood floor when sliding the range into position.

The install was quick and easy. The guys removed my old stove and had the new one hooked up and working in hardly any time at all!

The two delivery men who installed my new oven and hauled away the old one were on time and friendly, but at least one of them smelled so strongly of cigarettes that the odor lingered in my house for several hours after they left. The following day I also noticed a chunck missing from my front porch railing, but I assumed it was too late to notify Best Buy.

The installer was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, the stove works and our house hasn't exploded. I think that's all we really needed. Two thumbs up.

The installation was great - the contractors showed up on time and took the old oven and replaced it with new one. The whole process was less than an hour.

Guys that came were quick and made it so I didn't have to deal with the gas hook up so no complaints from me. I'm sure someone knowledgeable could do it themselves.

At Your Service Repairs, Inc. did an excellent job installing my new LG Range. They replaced the ancient gas connection with a new valve that senses leaks. They pointed out that I need a wall shield to protect the drywall behind the range from getting too hot. I don't have any backsplash tiles as of yet. The additional charges weren't excessive. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Installation was quick and professional, loved that they showed me how to work it.
