This is a huge upgrade for us . The two power burners are so great and fast and I love the fifth burner.

The installation was fast and professional. My mom was very pleased.

Installation of a gas range can be a concern for the average homeowner. Having a professional installation relieves stress.

The XPO technicians that installed my gas range were courteous and professional. They noticed I needed a gas shut-off valve in which they installed for me before connecting my range. They both answered all of my questions with kindness and expertise.

The gentleman that came were courteous, efficient, and pleasant, and the gas range was hooked up properly with no leaks. However, they banged up, chipped and dented my walls removing the old oven and replacing the new oven, did not give me enough time to clean the floor between uninstall and install, and the gas line was not properly placed in its oven provided housing, which made the oven stick out more than it had to.

Great install, service was efficient and communication was great!

The installers for my gas range were fine with scheduling and delivery, installation was another thing, I read the description on the BB website for gas appliance installation and the installers forgot one important part, they did not "Bubble" check the gas line, Later the next day, I was smelling a gas smell, not much, but enough to be noticeable. The next day I called the gas company, on the phone they told me to evacuate the house two football fields away until the tech arrived. Gas company tech made the final adjustment to the gas line and everything was fine. However, the install did not go as smoothly as it could have, if the BB installer would have checked the gas line the first day.

Gregory and Mark from Sycamore Plumbing were the best part of my entire purchase experience. These poor guys attempted delivery twice but both units were damaged. It wasn't until their 3rd attempt that an undamaged unit from the warehouse was delivered. I would highly recommend these guys.

Helpful friendly installers did a nice job. They were competent and patient with a tough install.

The installer was very knowledgeable, got the job done, tested the range to make sure there were no gas leaks, etc.

Took old range out and brought in and installed new one very carefully. The griddle explanation was wrong and sets on top of existing grid already on the stovetop. Other than this it went flawlessly.

Removed old stove and put in New one new gas line they was fast and we'll mannered.

So far I am happy with the services provided by the Best Buy install technicians. Most of the people they have know what they are doing. There is some who do not. There is several different natural gas shutoff valves on the market. There is several other used in the past. Be sure the install tech know there is a nut behind the valve. If they do not unscrew the nut at least one revolution the handle can brake. Some times there is a 2 nuts behind. Good luck.

The men who installed the range were pros. It went smoothly, despite having to remove the old stove and install the new one through the narrow, twisting hallway and tiny galley kitchen of my New York apartment. I held my breath, but they got it in with literally only a couple of inches leeway. They were great.

Timely installation. Well done. Explained things to me. Would recommend to a friend or family.

Best Buy's Geek Squad are absolutely terrific. I purchased a new Samsung gas range. The installation team discovered that the old range was improperly installed and there was non-code compliant electric issues. The team, however, quickly and efficiently, installed a new electric outlet so the new range could be properly installed. They explained everything they needed to do. They were great

I had two teams. The first stove had a large ding on it. They installed the stove. The installer was communicative and efficient. He had to add a shut off valve due to Boston regulations - which was fine with me because I believe in safety regulations. The second team was able to just hook it up. Both teams were fabulous!
