They have always been on time and i have never had an issue with a leak or product not working. Would recommended to anyone who needs their appliances installed for them.

All went well once the gas was on

No leaks, no shorts. The plumber couldn’t figure out how to turn the gas on but we helped them with that. They must be new. Delivery, installation, and haul away were all covered by our Geek Squad Total Tech plan (hint, hint).

However, they banged up, chipped and dented my walls removing the old oven and replacing the new oven, did not give me enough time to clean the floor between uninstall and install, and the gas line was not properly placed in its oven provided housing, which made the oven stick out more than it had to.

Easy transition to new oven

We had someone come out and put the gas line in ahead of time, which made the install pretty easy. We forgot, however, to have someone put in a regular power outlet (rather than the higher voltage one that was already there). Thus, we had to have someone come back and put a new outlet in a week later. However, that was our fault for not realizing we needed to have that done.

Great Installation

They cleaned up the mess from the other stove and were very efficient in their operation. However, they charged me $118.00 for a gas inspection. They said that an inspector would contact me to ensure that they completed the installation properly. To date, I haven't been contacted by an inspector. Where did the 118.00 go?
