Installers kept me up to date on arrival time. Installation was efficient and with good care. I liked the overview of how to operate and features of the range.

I had to have my stove connected and the young man who came was very professional and extremely nice. He called the day before to see what would be a good time for me and he came at the time we agreed and finished in a matter of minutes. I was pleased with his work.

Our schedule called for 8-noon window for installation. This was confirmed the day prior. At 11:55 I called the install company (it wasn't Geek Squad because it was a gas range) because we hadnt heard anything. We got a call back and the installer said there had been a scheduling issue. He was at the store picking up the range. So it turned out about an hour later than our window. It wasn't a problem for us, but it would have been nice to know. The two who came took great care not to mar our wood floor. "Installation" took about 5 minutes. I do think it was pretty costly considering how long it took. The reason we chose to have it installed was in case the unit had a problem. Next time I'd take the free delivery and use the install money to buy additional warranty.

Installation was well done will recommend it to anyone.

Was charged an unexpected $50 due to it being a propane gas range vs. natural gas range. I purchased a gas range installation and both types are gas ranges. Not happy about this last minute upcharge that I was essentially forced to accept.

I love the gas range! I'm acutely aware of the environmental effects of burning gas, but I'm able to regulate my usage such that I feel sure that I contribute very little in the way of greenhouse gases. The installers were great!

Really good service. The guys were very punctual. They know exactly what to do, moved fast and precise. They also shared some experience of how to use and maintain the range. They did a really great job. I took one star from the rating because of price, which was rather on the expensive side.

Purchased appliances without installation, but when I tried to get plumber to install gas range realized that it will be insanely expensive and will have to wait a few weeks because no one wants to deal with such a small job. Then I went back to Best Buy. And even I made my purchase 3 months ago, they came out in a few days for half a price what I would have paid the plumber. Very happy!

This is one sweet Range! Double oven, convenient grill on top that lets you place any pan without worrying about the pan tipping. Love it!
