Great crew, but had to help remove gas line in order for install to happen.

The installers came when they promised, did what they promised, worked quickly, and neatly. I love it when things go as planned and when there are no problems. They were very polite and pleasant. Wish all service personnel were so good. Love the fact that they hauled away the old stove and were very neat.

the guys came, removed my old stove damaged my door a little since they did not remove the oven door. Efficiently set up the new connection and quickly installed the new stove. So just make sure you/they remove your old oven door unless your doorway is very wide.

The two installers were very good. Friendly and worked well together. Install went fast. They should have a truck with a hydrolick tailgate, stoves weighed over 150 lbs. and had to be moved on and off truck.

Pretty much everything that could go wrong, did. The range originally came damaged, but even if that had not been the case, they couldn’t install because they didn’t have the knowledge or ability to do that So, we had to spend another $100 for an electrician. Then, because of COVID, they would not try again. All they would do was to drop it off at the house and we’d have to figure out how to get it in and install it ourselves. Well, no! We’d already paid for installation, but too bad. So, we had to wait weeks. What a flaming mess!!! There was no attempt to provide customer service during any step of the process.

Best Buy used a contractor to perform this install. The guy who did it was very personable and did a great job of answering questions that my wife had as he did the install. It would have been great if we could have been more specific on the time scheduled for him to arrive but other than that it was well worth it.

Late but Good. The installer was good but Best Buy was late on getting the appointment scheduled.

Awful service. We are moving into a new construction home. When they came to the install for the stove They ruined our floor in our kitchen. Our Project manager at our new home had to go down to the store because he called and was hung up on after being on hold for 30 minutes. I have also been hung up and customer service has awful the entire time. He got the store and was told the manager was not there so he emailed her and has heard nothing back about the damages. I feel like I should not have to be moving in a new construction home with damage because of delivery from your store. We will not be shopping here again.

I received a call the night before with a 2 hour window. The installation team arrived at the early side of that window. They were friendly and fast installing my range. They went over basic usage instructions and left no mess behind. The service was definitely worth the price they charged.

The guys that came and installed our gas oven/range were really good and professional. They were very knowledgeable in how the unit worked and explained how things worked.

Paid for installation so it would be correctly. Everything is working great!

Was already a GE Gas Range fan; upgraded my 20 year old stove that sold quickly as a used appliance. But the star of the show was the fantastic install job by Best Buy. I could not have asked for better service or attitude of the installer. Completely and totally pleased with the service and the attitude of the installer.

Excellent service. We weren’t sure if they could install the gas range because my shut off is in the basement. Luckily installler made a phone call and all was good. They know what they’re doing and very professional. On time as well.

The professional that installed my range was just that "Professional". Made it look easy. Took no time at all. In with the new, out with the old. It was really that easy for them.

They came in and got everything installed and working great in no time at all.

The service was excellent. They came earlier than scheduled because they were in the area and I loved that. They inspected my gas valves and expressed concern about their quality before installing the range. Very cordial and amazing guys. Excellent service
