There was a dispute regarding payment for the inspection, but they resolved it very quickly and made sure I wasn't overcharged. It was clear their top priority was my satisfaction. I highly recommend going with Best Buy for installation services.

Installation team was terrific
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This crew removed the old range, installed the new one, turned everything on to make sure it worked. They noticed we had a gas line connection that would not pass the county inspection, called in to their office and were authorized to replace it at no cost. While checking that everything worked they gave us tips and advise. Really nice guys - highly recommend them.

Best Buy Gas Range Installation Rated a 5 of 5

Carefully dismantled and removed the "old" gas range and gas connection. After installing the new gas range, he explained the many features we'd gained. And warned the oven might give off an odor. (Which it did not.)

LG double oven slide in range.

Great job with installation

Covid19 then shut Best Buy down for weeks. Got the range installed in early May, but it was dented. Best Buy scheduled a new delivery/install for later in May. Second crew came to install the new range. Just like the first crew, they were prompt, thorough, and neat.
