My wife and I opted to let the guys Best Buy contracted out to install our item. They did a good job overall, I would just prefer if there wasn't so much sub-contracting on their part. But everyone did well

Two men arrived with the stove, disconnected the old stove and installed the new stove with no issues. Both were polite and new their jobs. Would recommend them.

The installation technician was on time, professional, pleasant, and got right to work. His quality of work was superb. We could not have asked for anything better. He was clean and neat and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Good installer very honest he found a dent on the unit (not his fault) Told me and rescheduled a new install. Next time a snow storm caused a cancel. Third time he came and it is very very well done. Thanks again.

I don't think mine was a licensed professional. He hooked up the line, but wasn't sufficiently certified to actually ensure proper fit. I have to pay another person several hundred dollars to come in and finalize the fit. I asked if he was a plumber and certified, he said "not really." He also didn't have anyone to help him, so he was moving the range by himself. He was a very nice young man, but I did end up with a ding on it. If they have people do this alone, I can't blame him. I wish I just went with a local company. Installation got cancelled multiple times so we were without the ability to cook for several weeks. I like the oven, but I'm disappointed in this particular service. My advice would be to arrange your own. I even paid for total tech. :(

I almost decided to do the installation myself, which isn't that complicated if you're methodical and handy. The two guys took out the old range and properly and carefully installed the new one. They were professional and cordial. Pricey but done properly.
