While this gas stove was getting installed, the gas was shot off. The team left without turning the gas back on.

When you install and range make sure they send a Best Buy installer because they sent a different company they did OK but other items I bought and it was installed by Best Buy and they did excellent

Again, they did just as great a job with my range and they did with the fridge. They were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. They even gave me some tips on what to do before using it.

The guys were so professional, quick and efficient at the install. Thankful that they were there to deliver and install.

First delivery failed because deliverers came after promised time window and I had no notification from them. Second delivery was fine

I know nothing about gas line installation other than to say I don’t want the house to blow up. The two young men installing were fast, professional and seemed to know what they were doing.

Installers were efficient and neat. Only issue was delay in obtaining range as it was out of stock. Was called about a possible earlier delivery but was advised that given arrangements made and short time to originally scheduled date that it would be smoother to leave as scheduled. I was happy with that decision.

The delivery and installation was flawless. Jose from On Time Delivery and his assistant were very professional. They took the time to fully demostate how the range worked and cleaned up the installation area before departing.

Installer removed the old electric unit and had the new gas range hooked up in a matter of minutes. He showed us the basic operations and allowed me the opportunity to operate the burners myself. Nice job

The delivery driver and installer gentleman Moses was prompt, friendly, professional, and very helpful in explaining how to use our new product.

Smooth installation from a friendly and knowledgeable crew, one of who commented that he remembered coming to my house before for a dishwasher install. Found an issue with my existing setup which they corrected on the fly and it was smooth sailing.

The install was very good. The tech was great and showed me things about the range I didn't know. Very informative.

The person in charge had attitude problems but manage to install the oven. He also was suppose to install my oven range microwave along with the waterline to my fridge. He didn't want to install my waterline for whatever reason but i wasn't taking No as an answer. He did not install my microwave because (what i believe is he just wasn't a professional installer and i was the one who lost out on this particular day. Needless to say it wasn't a good experience. I had to reschedule installation which took some time but eventually it was done and they sent a real professional to get the job done. Thank you!

Love it. No complaints. Installation was great. Easy to clean grates and surface under grates. Still trying to get use to the surface cooking. Cooks great. Broils great. Haven't baked much since my purchase. The only draw back is the stainless finish that wasn't to smudge with finger prints. Hard to maintain finish.

The guys were fast , nice , I had a hard time understanding one of them, but he seemed to know more. They were very friendly and answered any questions. Made sure all was working.

Installation was good but there was some gas smell so called again. They came on time to check the installation and fixed the problem
