The installer inserted the oven racks upside down. To get them turned around I had to pull hard enough to scratch up the side of the oven. Bummer

My gas range installers arrived ontime and ready to do the job, which included removing my old range. The new range was in perfect condition, had all its parts, and the installer demonstrated some of what it could do. I was very pleased.

Installers arrived on time and were very friendly. From the time the truck pulled up until I was locking the door behind them was exactly 20 minutes. They were very professional, worked well as a team and treated me and my kitchen with respect.

Had to call back to have stove leveled and pushed into place, but overall the install was great. They arrived in a timely manner and followed covid guidelines. Follow-up appt went smoothly and done quickly.

Installation went well were polite and courteous. The only thing I didn't like is they changed my time from morning to afternoon. So I had to rearrange my appointments for the day

The install was very good. The tech was great and showed me things about the range I didn't know. Very informative.

There was a mix up and our range was installed at the previous stop. They went back and swapped ranges and hot the situation taken care of.

They installed our oven quickly. The next day, we had no hot water. They turned off the gas to our hot water heater for some reason and either didn't know it, or didn't tell us.

Very competent and thorough. Experienced no problems. Since this was a gas stove was worried about leakage but was reassured by tests done to ensure there was no problem. Great job
