Installers arrived on time and were very friendly. From the time the truck pulled up until I was locking the door behind them was exactly 20 minutes. They were very professional, worked well as a team and treated me and my kitchen with respect.

I am glad that I chose Best Buy Gas Range and it's installation service as opposed to other competitors. Their delivery service representatives were very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable about the product and installation. I would recommend this service to a friend.

The 2 gentleman that came and did the install for our new range and hauled off the old range we’re great. They were very nice, professional and did a great job. We were very happy with their service.

Installation was exceptional! Nick was perfect with personality, patience, and knowledgeable about the installation. His helper Rashad was also great!

When unhooking my old stove they detected a leak. When they hooked up my new stove they made sure the new stove didn't leak. They were clean and took away all the garbage. They even gave me time to sweep up under the old stove before they installed the new one.

They installed our oven quickly. The next day, we had no hot water. They turned off the gas to our hot water heater for some reason and either didn't know it, or didn't tell us.

They came in and got to work immediately. They installed the new oven and double checked the gas lines before finishing the install. Very professional and knowledgeable about the product. They were able to show and tell me about the different options about the oven.

These guys really helped us gain professional knowledge on what was going to get installed. How we had to go about doing it and being honest with us by not cutting any corners.

This is a great deal if you need a plumber to connect your new gas stove. Much cheaper than hiring (and scheduling) an independent plumber. The crew was professional, friendly and right on time. Would definitely use again.

The installation went smoothly & they were very courteous. They were supposed to install our microwave as well, but were unable to do this on their first visit, so we did it ourselves.

Installed my new Samsung gas range and removed my old range. Very Professional and polite, arrived when they said they would. Only thing I wish I would of saved the oven racks from my old stove.
