I am grateful for having had the reassurance of a licensed professional. Especially for my well-being and peace-of-mind.

A father and son team and both very professional, nice, polite and very kind. They went right to work taking out the old range and installing my new stove. They explained the features. I was very pleased.

My only issue is with the hidden 130.00 fee for inspection that is not covered during the purchase...shame on you Best Buy

The installers were very friendly, competent and efficient. They had to upgrade the hook up to meet code requirements and explained everything very clearly.

Install started off with some missing parts but the installer went above and beyond to get those parts I needed for free! I did not have to wait several days to weeks to get the parts ordered he finished up next day.

Very professional but end up paying extra $230 don't what for but wanted to get it done

The service professional was on time and very courteous. Insulation was done in a timely manner and everything was explained to us. We would be more than happy to have this gentleman work in our home again.

This actually vame as a bit of a surprise. Cleaning the stove top is a dream. A little degreaser, the top around the burners cleans easy. The center grill is so handy, not sure we would use it that much when we got it but we've already used it a lot.

Best Buy installers were awesome! Fast, careful not to bump existing walls, etc. Even removed a piece of molding so oven would slide closer to wall and cabinet. Friendly, professional - best installers ever!

Worked out well. Had some issues getting things installed in A timely manner but when Best Buy finally pursued the issue it was resolved. I will use the Install company again because I bought the membership to do so.

It did take quite a while to get in. They did have to come back to adjust the stovetop high/low

The gentleman who was going to install my oven did a terrific job of not installing it due to a broken piece that could have caused a gas leak. I appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness.
