Installers were fairly rude about everything. Not careful at all bringing the appliance up the stairs and initially did not want to remove my old range, even after showing them if was on the original order. Granted, Best Buy didn't add the "Haul Away" option to my new order after damaging my original range, which was much cheaper by the way.

I was impressed with the service! Would use this contractor again.

Instal went great only one snag was that the installer forgot to turn on the Gas before he left so i had a dryer that was not drying because the gas was off.

The men who removed my old oven, hook up my gas line, and install my oven were very efficient, polite, and very professional. They worked quickly and demonstrated how to use the oven. They were exceptional.

I had all four of appliances replaced the same day by the same installer. Other than the fact that I didn't have to haul out the old appliances and bring in the new ones, his install was terrible. He came in with a partner and barely introduced themselves and almost pushed past me at the door to get to the kitchen and get to work. They tromped snow and slush all through and didn't even ask if they should take their boots off or put on booties like most service people. My wife spent an hour cleaning up after they left. When he left, I noticed the oven was not level side to side OR front to back. I saw him put a level on the range, so I assumed it was level, so I didn't even check it before he left. When I pull the range out to level it, I noticed two large dents on the side! He clearly snuck it in hoping I wouldn't notice.

The reason I give 4 stars because when they installed, they didn’t push it all the way to the wall and now have about 2 inches gap between the range and the wall.

The installers were extremely careful and respectful when entering my home with our new gas range. There was an installer and a supervisor to oversee his work. There was even a follow up appointment to ensure the install met legal standards for my area.

Gas range had to be replaced due to scratches. On time, very polite and respectful of our space, and worked quickly

Installation guys very professional, quick and organized. They took care some unsolved, unexpected issues right away. Helped me not to get charged additional wrongful charges.

The guys who came to hook up our gas range were timely and professional. They took great care moving the range through out our house.

The stove is a great value for the price. The installation team was very confused about a newly installed gas line. We had to call our licensed plumber back to show them how to make the connection. I paid extra for the "professional installation"????

I should not have to pay 150 dollars extra for an adapter. This item is expensive enough and I purchased a gas line already.

Super pleased we purchased the installation service for our new GE Gas Range. The technicians were great, new what they were doing and were very careful with removing our old range and installing the new one. Well worth the cost.

Guys were fast and quick, amazing. Very professional they check everything. Will request for service again in other future purchases

The 2 deliverymen were personabla and professional and quickly detached the gasline and installed the new stove gas line in less than 20 minutes.

The installer explained everything thoroughly to me. He took his time to level the stove and made triple sure it was done correctly. Very professional, kind and considerate!
