Seamless installation, unexpected charge for gas valve shutoff of $135

Best technician I liked there performance and well behaved respectful

This was a good product that we use and have hot had any problems so far.

We were very happy with our range installers. They were nice, respectful of our home and very knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Thought we had paid for installation only to find out it would cost another $125 when it actually was installed.

These guys were wonderful. On time, friendly, and showed us how the stove worked. They left our kitchen as clean as when they came in.

Quick install showed up when they said they would. Didn't scratch or ding up anything. Went to sleep that night and woke up, so I guess there aren't any gas leaks! That's a good thing!

Very disappointed in overall service. I paid for a licensed professional didn't receive that. The flames on stove stay on high will not change to medium or low. Made another service appointment just to get the run around and nothing yet resolved. Been waiting for return calls.

Very easy install for a home DIYer. Removed the old one and installed this in under a half hour. This is a lower fan CFM is noted so if you need a lot of venting consider the next model.

This unit gives yo the control needed when cooking over a flame. And the two sizes option of ovens is very convenient. Ovens are still high - not on the floor, easy to use.

they did an ok job on install, took longer than i hoped for, but they were replacing an old unit with a short line.

Installer was professional and efficient. He took great care not to damage the slider track to my entrance.

Quality Kitchens is the worst installation company we have ever dealt with. A very negative attitude, disrespectful, rude staff with no sense of responsibility or professionalism. They were disappointed that we had gone directly to BestBuy to purchase our appliances and that BestBuy did not inform them, even though we waited more than a week to hear from them or BestBuy after the pre-measurements. Their rep (Colleen) called a day before the scheduled installation date and said they are canceling the appointment because we should have got a 36 in microwave instead of the 30 inch!! She was very rude and i told her I am not willing to cancel at this time because we have already had a contractor prepare the space for the install and unhooked the old range. They came the next day and their rep Dave Brown was VERY rude and obnoxious. He would not unload the range from the truck till we paid him $350 for "additional services" plus the permit fee. I told him to just leave the range and microwave and go, but he said he is not a delivery company and will not take off the appliances till we paid $350. I had to call BestBuy and Amit Broca was very helpful in getting in touch with the company who then asked them to complete the installation. Dave was pretty rude to Amit Broca as well. The entire time that this company did the installation, they kept talking negative stuff and I'm surprised that a company representing BestBuy was talking bad about BestBuy as to how unorganized BestBuy is and how their Sales reps don't know anything about appliances, etc. They installed the range but did not care to level it or try to make sure it flushed with the wall. They kept blaming the contractor that prepared the space and cut the granite. I was not satisfied with the installation and had to call my contractor again who had to remove the range and start from scratch. He did not have to do anything to the granite because it was perfectly cut contrary to what we were told by the company. But he had to spend hours trying to level the range and put it in properly to be leveled. I realized that the company had not even tried to use a level to check that the range was leveled and properly installed. They just installed it in a rush and kept complaining that they were getting late for their next appointment. I have pictures of their installation if you may need to see. I had to pay the contractor $500 to fix the installation that should have been their responsibility. I think we deserve to be compensated by Best Buy for the expense incurred since we already paid for installation to BestBuy. I strongly recommend BestBuy to look for another installation company if they want to maintain their reputation in the market and with homeowners. Such companies are ruining the image of BestBuy.

Professional, quick installation and removal of old oven and reviewed machine features.

We had good communication before the arrival. Installer was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. We were confident and appreciated his work.

It was fine. The installer did remember to come back and turn the gas back on except he had already done so.

The installers were professional,clean and worked effiently to get the job done. They were careful not to make a mess and cleaned up any debris. They were also very friendly.

I would like some experts to handle the job when it comes to gas, plumbing and major electrical work. This is one of them. I was in good hands.
