I want what I paid for

I paid for a licensed professional didn't receive that. The flames on stove stay on high will not change to medium or low. Made another service appointment just to get the run around and nothing yet resolved. Been waiting for return calls.

Installers are horrible

The permit has not been submitted for and the inspection not done and it has been over a month. Best Buy didnt even know this company was on the list of installers when i called the install line.
