Installers are horrible

The permit has not been submitted for and the inspection not done and it has been over a month. Best Buy didnt even know this company was on the list of installers when i called the install line.

Late arrival

My schedule had limited openings so it was difficult to be home in time to meet them after taking the morning off.

Worst installation ever in my life
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased an open box gas range at Best Buy because it was a good deal. I paid the delivery charge and arranged to have it delivered on Sat. the 20th of May. My daughter had a baby early though and we had to go there out of town for the weekend. I called the number listed on my bill to reschedule for the next Sat. the 27th. That Friday night I got an e-mail confirming my installation for the 20th. I then clicked a link they had to change it. I thought all was good. I got an e-mail confirming it on Tuesday and a phone call confirming it on Thursday but Sat the 27th comes and no one shows up. I call at 5:30 and they said they had no way to call the installer to find out what happened after first telling me rudely that they had no installation scheduled. They asked me to call back in an hour. I waited until 7:00. I told the person answering the story and she said It has not been an hour SIR!. Emphasis on the sir. I told them I had the times of the calls on my phone. They then said they could not get a hold of the tech and not to call them back. In other words don't call us we'll call you. I then went up to Best Buy the next day to see what they could do. Their hands were tied however for a Sunday and the next day was Memorial day so at this point I'm wondering if I'm ever going to get it. The install tech called me on Monday evening and said that they had come to install it on the 20th and had to take it back to Best Buy warehouse because we were not there and they had no way to get it until Best Buy released it to them. I asked him why they never called like they were supposed to and he said they did. (There were no calls on my phone for that time that day). They assigned a Best Buy representative who was supposed to help me. Justin Beddingfield. He was worthless and no help. Fortunately I had kept the tech guys number and called him the next morning and he told me they had it loaded and was on the way. If I had not called him they would have showed up again and left. I hurriedly left work and got there just ahead of them. After I got home I got an e-mail from Justin that they were coming between 8-12 that morning. The e-mail arrived at 10:30. Good thing I had called the Tech. After it was installed I got another e-mail confirming another time for the install and they actually called me at 10 that night to confirm it again. We had to tell them it was already installed. Best Buy was awesome in this by the way and it was not their fault except for the person assigned to the case Justin Beddingfield who was no help at all. Annaleeza at customer service restored my faith in Best Buy she was really helpful. Best Buy needs to sever ties with XPO logistics the company coordinating the install. They are incompetent and rude. The installers did not look at all professional and showed up in an old truck pulling a dilapidated trailer with my range on it. They did the install okay though I could have easily done what they did. If you can pick it up yourself and install it yourself I recommend it. They told me code required a professional installation on a gas stove or I would have.
