Worst experience
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was the worst retail purchasing experience i have ever had. Best Buy's communication between their contractors/installers is a joke. i had to manage this from start to finish. They couldn't install my item. i was out of pocket an additional $1200 for an electrician and an installer ($900 for a professional installer). Spent over 30 hours on the phone w/Best Buy "customer service" reps and managers. Was escalated to their "resolution" center and was advised to go to a Best Buy location for advise because they are totally incompetent. Would download the rep on each and every call. Was placed on hold for hours, had 2 full days where nobody showed up to my home for a 7 hour window block. I spent double at Best Buy for my oven unit rather than go to a competitor because I assumed Best Buy would be the obvious, more professional choice. I will NEVER make this mistake again. Worst service, incompetent, waste of $. At end of day over $5k for my family.

Frustrating experience

The gas line and electrical connections were already in our townhome, but we had always used electric. We smelled gas and needed 3 call backs to resolve the problem. Turned out the flexible plastic tubing that came with the stove had a leak. Our sense was the original contractor crew didn’t know much, owner came and tried to resolve. Very frustrating but we love our new LG stove!
