We ordered a combo of 4 appliances, Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, and Dishwasher. We scheduled for the delivery on a Saturday so we didn't have to take time off of work. The window of time we were given was from 2-5. We got a call at 10am, when we were not home and not ready to receive the items. We had paid for installation, but the people who were delivering the Stove and Dishwasher said that because we were not ready they would just drop the items off and not install. We weren't happy with this answer, but weren't given a choice. Upon delivering the items my husband noticed that the stove was damaged. The people who delivered the stove told my husband he was going to have to take it up with Best Buy to have it exchanged. That was March 2nd. Yesterday I got a confirmation call that the item would be delivered today, and a phone call at 7am this morning that it would not. They said that it would be delivered on April 2nd, which is a day we are unavailable. We told the lady on the phone that we were not available that day, and she told us 3 times that it would be delivered that day. I will never buy from Best Buy again. The other appliances have been just as frustrating to get delivered and installed as this, and my husband has wasted his time off to wait for something to happen that doesn't happen. And, we have been without a kitchen for almost a month now.

I was happy with the installation. I was not happy with the arrival of the workers. I had an appointment for them to come between 12 and 4. They arrived at 5:30.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Buy elsewhere. This was installed improperly which caused two gas leaks in our home. MN Energy had to come out and they immediately red tagged it and had to shut off our main gas. So much for hot water, heat, and a range for days. Really nice during the start of MN winter in a pandemic. Try feeding your family of 4 with a microwave in a 60 degree house and no showers or baths. Good times. Highly unprofessional. Very unsafe. Could’ve caused a fire or explosion. So lucky nothing happened. The way this has been handled is disgraceful. I do A LOT of business with BB and the way they handled this is definitely going to affect that going forward. Samsung didn’t handle this well either. Lots of issues. Hire real professionals. It’s not a risk worth taking. Gas leaks are no joke. Look elsewhere. You’ve been warned.
