Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to pay someone else to do the installation because the company provided by Best Buy the folks they sent were a bunch of inept individuals. First the range looked liked they dragged it through the stove as the bottom had snow residue. They refused to install the oven stating that the gas line was too short and they would go to jail if they connected it using a longer pipe. They took my tape measure when they left after pulled it out to dispute their claims. They were going to leave the stove in the middle of my dining room and I had to point it out to them that should at least move it in to it's correct place. I was just so displeased with their overall performance and wouldn't recommend.

Double charged

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I paid $140 for installation when I placed my product order, but the installation service charged me again after they were done. I told them I was sure I’d paid already, but they said installation is a separate fee. I later confirmed it was part of the initial order, and now I’m on hold waiting to speak to a third person about how to rectify the double charge. And it’s not even Best Buy anymore, I’ve been transferred to the delivery entity they contract out to, who themselves sub-contracted the delivery to a local company. A frustrating experience for me, and a disappointing performance from Best Buy and everyone they farm their work out to.

He arrived to install and found that the gas range had not arrived. It arrived seven hours later and was refused since there was no installer and I had no idea when there would be one. Order was eventually cancelled. My Buy was anything but Best!

TOTALTECH was a total fail.....

Literally did ZERO work. I had a Liscensed technician hook up the gas line and check for leaks. Then i finished the install.myself. Not the first time I have had a problem with Best Buy installation and delivery. I did NOT renew my Total Tech plan this year. Definitely not worth money.

Gas line loose and leaking

In a Hurry!

Poor Installation

Poor workmanship

The guys that they sent to install this range were very inexperienced. We left our home after they installed our gas range only to come home a couple of hours later in our house was full of natural gas fumes because the technician had not installed gas line correctly to the back of the stove. Fire department was dispatched and power and gas company technician showed us the poor workmanship and how it could have been disastrous for us!! We were out of our home for 3 to 4 hours. I was on line and on the phone trying to get a hold of Best Buy and did not even get a reply back. I suggest buying an electric range or have someone else install it.

I was then forced to take a second day off work for the reschedule. The Best Buy Team commited to a $150 gift card for my trouble. Unfortunately just like the original scheduling they did not follow through. This will make me hesitate to purchase my major appliances from them in the future.

Sycamore Plumbing came to my house to install a brand new stove, not once but twice to them tell me that both stoves were defected... After 2 months later, of trying to have a plumber come back and install one of the actual stoves, I learned that there was never nothing wrong with the stove. It was unfortunate that I had no choice then to hire an outside plumber to install my house properly.

Got screwed by someone

However, they were not told by Best Buy that the stove needed to be converted to propane. They attempted to install the stove with the "required purchase" of the "new" gas line connection hose. When they left the stove was not pushed back to the wall. They told me the outlet was in the way. My husband is an electrician and I figured I could easily have him fix that. After having my husband move the outlet, it wasn't the plug but the gas line that was in the way. Come to find out, after hiring a plumber, they did NOT use a new gas line (that was a required purchase for Best Buy To install). It was the gas line all along. I paid to have Best Buy install it and still had to pay a plumber to have it installed properly.

Not a licensed professional

They sent a team back 3 weeks later to hook up the gas correctly. I was unable to use the stove top during that time. If I had been sent a professional originally, this would not have happened!
