Long experience

They tell you one time and then it ends up being different on the auto system and then when they really come out. So 3 different times. Someone needs to mange this. Also they forgot some of my parts it took me 6 weeks to buy and get properly installed.

I ask why and i was told that they could not unhook the pipe from old stove. I call the gas company they came out cause they though i had a gas leak. I told the gas man that the plumber told me to call the gas company to unhook the pipe. the gas man told me that they don't unhook stove I need a plumber. But the gas guy was nice enough to undo the pipe then me and my nephew carried the stove outside. and my uncle came by and hook the stove up. Don't use there plumber. I call the store for a refund.

Bad purchase and service.

When replacement range arrived, installer said it would not fit even when it was the same model range. Waiting for Samsung to repair. Stove should of been replaced or a refund of purchase.

If you don't have to worry about hauling the old appliance away it you could probably do a better job yourself.

Installation was ok

They left all the cardboard there and did a terrible job cleaning up. the stove was about 2-3 inches away from the back wall, they didn't bother to tuck the gas line in so the stove could be pushed against the wall, had to do it myself.

Buyer beware!

I ended up buying the valve and installing myself. Be careful they will sell you things you don't need or not tell you about things you do.

Frustrated with Best Buy Customer Service/Delivery

Contact was not made with customer prior to inform. Would have asked to deliver the gas stove without installation and removing the old. Instead it has been returned, Terrible service, What is the situation of the other two items? Have not been informed of status. Hope to cancel the entire order and request reimbursement of payment.,

Terrible service

Had it not been for our contractor catching it, we wouldn’t have known. We had to reorder another one and make an additional appointment 2 weeks later to get it done right. This kind of thing happened with 3 of the 4 appliances we purchased through Best Buy. Rumor has it this is completely normal for the third-party installers they use. Go elsewhere - Best Buy is foolish to use such a terrible service.

Beware of extra charges

I specifically confirmed when purchasing this product what was included with the installation. However, when the installers arrived, they charged an additional $92.20 and I had to pay or they would not install. When I contacted Best Buy, they told me that they would not refund or credit this amount despite the fact that their representative told me that the charge would be covered by the totaltech membership.

DO'NT BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF

They then advised me in order to take the old stove I would have to pay a 150.00 fee to cap the gas line. I refused to pay anything so they left my stove and I installed it myself.

Replacement/Repair not resolved!

I brought this up to the installer and Best Buy said they would replace the stove. A new stove arrived also damaged. The damaged stove was not installed. I am still waiting on a resolution to fix or replace the stove I purchased. We call BB Speak to people, leave messages still no resolution!

Men that showed up were very nice and apologized but 7hrs late is unacceptable. Installed it fine and made sure we knew how to operate.

Poor service for insulation of range

I accepted the date for installation which was approximately one month from time I purchased range. I done everything they asked and on day before installation they said I would have to wait two more weeks. This is not right if they schedule for one day and can’t make it that day they need to do next day.

Installation of Gas Range

I have not been able to use it yet. I have called Best Buy, emailed them and tried to live chat. I have not received any help with getting this stove installed correctly. When you call the store you are looped around by their menu of options and then on hold for over an hour before a human answers the phone. This issue was supposed to be sent to the delivery and installation person in charge and then he was supposed to get back with me. I'm still waiting. I won't ever buy from here again. There is NO customer service.

improper installation

The installation from Best Buy has already been the result of two Samsung employees coming to fix the dishwasher due to non-user-fixable error codes popping up. The first told me it was installed improperly, but it might continue to work. The second told me we'd keep having issues. Constant trouble on my devices from best buy installations. A bummer because it would be convenience to have it handled buy the place we buy it from..
