improper installation

The installation from Best Buy has already been the result of two Samsung employees coming to fix the dishwasher due to non-user-fixable error codes popping up. The first told me it was installed improperly, but it might continue to work. The second told me we'd keep having issues. Constant trouble on my devices from best buy installations. A bummer because it would be convenience to have it handled buy the place we buy it from..

Installation of Gas Range

I have not been able to use it yet. I have called Best Buy, emailed them and tried to live chat. I have not received any help with getting this stove installed correctly. When you call the store you are looped around by their menu of options and then on hold for over an hour before a human answers the phone. This issue was supposed to be sent to the delivery and installation person in charge and then he was supposed to get back with me. I'm still waiting. I won't ever buy from here again. There is NO customer service.

Could not coordinate delivery/installation.

Item ordered on October 21.Could not delivery and install after 3 attempts. On November 14 they wanted to haul away my old stove and not install my new stove until November 20 leaving us without a stove for 6 days. Best Buy cannot coordinate the delivery and installation on this type of appliance. I have lost confidence in Best Buy as a major appliance retailer.

could be better!

Then, the day before delivery was due we were notified that the item had not arrived and delivery would be delayed two additional days! On delivery day, the technicians arrived with the range, then discovered that they left their tools at a previous stop! They went back to retrieve them and we had to wait an additional hour! They finally returned and finished the installation. adequate but certainly not worth the price of delivery and installation - although we had no other choice as we couldn't do it ourselves.

New range is sitting in the garage and old range hasn’t moved since they show up without the guys needed to get the new range up the stairs in to the house which I had informed them about prior to the delivery date. Still waiting for a rescheduled installation call that fits my schedule since I made arrangements for them today and they failed to complete the job. Installer said I should hear from owner by end of day to reschedule. STILL WAITING!

Horrible customer service

Turned out his phone was on the stovetop. Horrible customer service. if I was able to give zero stars I WOULD!!!!

Scheduled once and they left our house without even coming to our door. Took 4 days to reschedule and we had to call them, if I wouldn’t have checked my email I wouldn’t have had any info about it. Finally they came a week later and then billed us at the end for needed materials for installation. No communication just handed a bill for over priced materials that I could have gotten and installed for 25% of what they charged.

My gas had just been hooked up a few days prior so this didn't make a whole lot of sense for the charge and since my dad was right there and could've easily taken care of it.

NO OVEN STILL SINCE MARCH

Gas range instal

I had to have a gas professional repair the damage to the line and instal the range. This was an extra $150 expense for me.

Unable to complete installation

The technicians were unable to hook up my appliance and couldn't communicate what the problem was as neither of them spoke english. In addition, they parked in my grass and left a large rut in my yard. I had to pay extra to have someone come out and hook it up.

Gas range hookup

All of this after I explained at length to a Total Tech representative what would need to be done in my situation. Very frustrating.

Installer tried to get me to pay more money

I then said I had already paid at the store and heard nothing about needing to possibly pay anything else. When I offered to call BestBuy to see what was up, they quickly said that I shouldn't worry about it, and that they would call their boss and get the fee waived for me as a "courtesy". Very fishy at best.
