Poor delivery coordination

To me it is simply beyond my comprehension that a company can not fulfill the commitment made.

Items were delivered to garage with instructions to call and schedule installation. I scheduled an installation date and Noone showed on date. Currently trying to recover funds for installation and no word forv 2 weeks now.

30 hour away from work.

Gas leak

Told us the smell of gas would dissipate because they just hooked it up. Left with gas leaking overnight putting family at risk. We had to call in a professional to come reinstall the gas line to the stove the following day at our expense.

Another Issue

Best Buys must better train their Sales people on total cost of deliveries and install. Plus they push the Tech support, but no support from them and push you back to the manufactor

Could not install

They could not install it and would not disconnect the old one and take it. Basically, they left the new range in my kitchen and I had to hire someone else to do the install and haul away. What a scam!!!!

This whole process has been a nightmare for me. I don't understand why you sell equipment you can't control or support.

Great Product, Negative Install

Just like my microwave and dishwasher. Best Buy was not up for the task. Best Buy is interested in one thing and one thing only - selling products.

They scratched the concrete on the driveway and scratched the floors on the way to the kitchen. One guy asked the other if they should put blankets down and the boss guy said no. It was a joke of an install.

Stove installation

The crew was careless and left my gas on after they installed my stove. I called and no one returned to help me or fix it. I had to call the gas company to shut off my gas.

He tried to move old stove with checking if it had anything in the over. Oil spilled which he did not clean. I had to spend 1 hour just cleaning his mess.

Gas range repairman

He defaced the range with three or four chips in the enamel, trying to get the top of the range open! He had no parts to repair the range..

He left . He also closed out my job saying in was finished and tested. I had to go back to store to find out that he did this. I hired my own plumber

Would have been nice if they showed up.

I ended up installing the range myself. Was not a big deal, but free installation became NO installation. I hope Best Buy did not pay for this job that never happened. They should send me the check for the cost of installation.
