Got bad info

Very frustrating.

Could not be accomplished on the planned date due to poor planning on the part of the 3rd party contractors. There was a 5 day delay until the required personnel and equipment could be present.

Poor installers

I will have to go into the store for help

Bad installation

I ended up having to call our gas company thinking we had a gas leak. When the gas company came out they had to correct the installation that best buy had done as it was leaking.

Rude delivery man

Immediately told me my new stove would fit in my front door. I told him I had measured and it would. He rolled his eyes. Not very professional in my eyes.

Bad connection

The installer overwhelmed didn’t connect to the gas connection correctly resulting in my family inhaling fumes for 10 days.

First he came very late 2hrs after my scheduled time. He did not install it properly, the range was not flushed in.very rude person.

very unhappy

I was told a new one would be sent, but never heard back from them.

Tge installer from Best Buy couldn't do it because my connection "weren't ok with the city guidelines "

Demand for extra money

Multiple cancellations, still waiting

Delivery not available until mid December, so I drove to CT to pick up because Geek Squad promised installation before Thanksgiving. 3 cancellations later (and 10 hours waiting at home), oven still in box.

Awful service

Installer broke the stove parts and crimped the gas line. It took almost 10 months to get it straightened out. Very disappointed in Best Buy installers.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Called store at 7:30- they would get back to me. NO CALLBACK. NO SHOW DELIVERY. HORRIBLE SERVICE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HICKSVILLE STORE. NOTHING GOOD TO SAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
