Excellent installation, very prompt, and did a great job!

Our new LG range was installed quickly, on time and correctly. The installer also adjusted the flame levels and taught my wife how to use the range's various systems.

There is not much to say about this. It works and fits very well.

Ordered a GE profile double oven gas range as our oven died. Since an oven is somewhat essential, especially during this time, we ordered it from Best Buy as they had the fastest delivery time. The day before delivery I received an email saying only a new gas connection line was being delivered the next day. Not a range. I decided to call and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes they told me the range was not going to be delivered the next day and the earliest date was four days away. With no real option I rescheduled delivery. When they arrived for install the process was professional. After they left, we noticed the oven was not level. Had to pull the oven out and level myself. Then we kept smelling gas. We figured it would fade and didn’t really think much of it. We used the oven the next day and the smell of gas was awful. Had to open the windows for a couple hours and even thought about calling the local gas leak hot line. I made sure every knob was turned off and also actually pulled the oven out and closed the valve on the gas line. The next day I check the fittings. No tape or putty on any fittings. Almost unbelievable. Sprayed soapy water on the fittings and they all bubbled like crazy meaning they were all leaking gas. I bought some yellow pipe tape and wrapped all the fittings. No more gas smell or bubbles. Thankfully no major issue or damage was caused by their faulty installation but there could have been serious damage, possibly even an explosion. Worse yet, our 18 month old’s bedroom is right above the range. Carbon monoxide poisoning could have been a possibility and I’m so thankful it wasn’t. Please take more precaution and perform better due diligence during the install process then I did. Just because they are professionals doesn’t mean they will do it right. BTW, the range is great and we would recommend it, just not the install. MP

They broke the feet on the front of my stove when installing so I have been unable to level for years and just now fixing!

Total disaster. Installed oven that had big dent and bend bottom frame. I only found this out because after installation I pulled range out to caulk around gas line. For the last month have been trying to get it exchanged. Best Biuy has 4 times scheduled new delivery. Each time something has gone wrong. They deliverer with no plumber to disconnect and install new one.Store managers worthless.

Customer service needs improvement. Range top hard to clean. Front display hard to see. Do not recommend for seniors. The installers were great.

A real joke. No professional, no tools, beat up truck leaking oil in my driveway.

While the installers were polite, they charged me $100 more to get the correct size gas line hookup. I also had to pay for this item, even though I'd purchased one when I bought the range.

They dropped my oven off and never installed said, said they would be back the next morning, they never showed up and ignored my call. They also delivered the stove past the buildings 5 o clock delivery time, after saying they would come before 3 PM, causing me to get a 400 dollar fine. I want a refund or credit back to my account in full, I ordered an installation, not a bill.
