    Incomplete/incorrect $200 installation

    Paid the extra $200 for a LICENSED LP (liquid propane) installation--installer did not use the new gas line that I was forced to purchase (~$40). He didn't adjust the oven burner. I know BB contracts but this install was just plain lazy. BB said I could return the $40 line but never addressed the real issue. WOn't buy appliances from BB again.

    Poor Installation Job

    Installateur installed gas range onSaturday 5-22-2022 without using the installation kit, causing a gas leak. He told that the gas smell was normal after his installation. The gas smell was so bad that we had to stay in a hotel near by. Next day we had to call our gas company Florida Gas because the Geek Squad would not come until next Wednesday.

    I'm thankful my stove was delivered early in the morning, but all they dd was deliver it, because it's just sitting in the kitchen right now. What was that installation fee I paid extra for?

    Just hire your own plumbers.

    Claimed distance from side cabinets was just under 18" so could not install range. Seemed like they were just running late and didnt want to do it.
