Incomplete/incorrect $200 installation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Paid the extra $200 for a LICENSED LP (liquid propane) installation--installer did not use the new gas line that I was forced to purchase (~$40). He didn't adjust the oven burner. I know BB contracts but this install was just plain lazy. BB said I could return the $40 line but never addressed the real issue. WOn't buy appliances from BB again.

Poor Installation Job
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installateur installed gas range onSaturday 5-22-2022 without using the installation kit, causing a gas leak. He told that the gas smell was normal after his installation. The gas smell was so bad that we had to stay in a hotel near by. Next day we had to call our gas company Florida Gas because the Geek Squad would not come until next Wednesday.

Stove, NO stove
